Ok your items could have been delivered in folders or in a box. If in folders then you should find them tucked in with your other inventory folders. If delivered in a box you should find in your objects folder. Items in a folder: All you need to do is right click on the clothing pieces and choose wear Items in boxes need to be opened: drag the box from your inventory to the ground a little ways from your inventory. Once on ground, right click on the box and choose copy to inventory...then the items will usually appear in as a folder in your inventory. As you move through SL you will gather many items. It is a good habit to start out with an organization system so that you can find things in future when you have accumulate a zillion items. I keep sub folders in my clothing folder like a folder for evening clothing, day dresses, Slacks, Jeans. Shorts etc then a Shoes folder with sub folders like Heels, Flats, Boots. As I buy things I tuck them into the right spot so that later I can find them without wading through my entire inventory. Welcome to SL!

Ooooh I need anything clothing related to be mod/copy and do not care about transfer. With avies of every size and shape hardly anything fits "perfectly" I copy my items in case I mess up when making tweaks and modifcations when tailoring. I will not even buy a item that is not mod/copy. If it doesnt fit right would be a total loss.

You can buy a preloaded AO that contains poses for all situations pretty much or you can buy individual poses and load into one of your existing AO's. The only time you might need to change is if you have a special one for combat or modeling etc. A completely loaded AO will cover most normal day to day needs without needing to swap out. If you want to make your own with personalized animations. Go buy the individual poses you like I like to blend static with animated poses so I dont seem too twitchy) then... Your AO should have come with some instructions but with most of them you do the following to add or change animations: - Detach and rez ao on the ground - Click edit on the AO and open the contents - Drag your new poses into the AO then look for the notecard that has the animations listed - You will need to edit this card deleting the stands/sits/ flys etc you do not like and adding the names of your new poses in their place - Save the card, reset your Ao, pick it up, wear it and you should be good to go

I would love to see one of these worlds actually grow to but they need support and as a merchant it is really a catch 22. While I want to see an alternative to SL, it takes all my free time from RL just to support the business I already have. I keep wanting to open a 2nd in Avination but with RL and SL having a 3rd life just seems out of reach.

Do you see an item in your inventory called Ruth hair fix? If you do, use another viewer like Kirstens to log into SL Change all your clothes shape everything...then find the ruth hair fix and delete it then you should be able to log in with Phoenix with no problem and look just fine

If you write to the merchant selling the item they will redeliver it to you. Most single transactions seem to work; though sometimes slow. Where I see most failures in delivery are with the shopping cart. Personally I just use the marketplace to look at items and then I buy inworld

You can get a free linden home that is on linden owned land for personal use You can also buy a 512 plot of mainland and get that tier free---but you have to buy the plot, it is not free and it must be mainland not land owned by a private resident

Have you just done the basic clear cache on the preferences/network tab to see if fixes the issue already? The manual deleting of files takes all the good away with the bad

Once you sell the desired amount of Linden and recieve notice that the sell order has been filled, you wil lneed to process the credit. Go to Linden Exchange setion on your dashboard then Manage, then Process. Once you click on process credit you will see the paypal option link; just click and it will step you through the process

could it have been misfiled inside another folder? try searching for a pair of shoes whose name you remember and see if it turns up

I feel no loss personally about not being able to use a gift card.

I had this happen to me once...it was caused by an item called the Ruth hair fix that I just could not get rid of. I used another viewer to log in and then changed all my clothes, hair, shape...everything. Deleted the Ruth hair fix item. Then I was able to log back in and look fine with my normal viewer (I use Phoenix and logged in with Kirstens to fix the problem)

The default skins are painted with underwear on them so cannot be removed. There are lots of free skins in SL, if you im me inworld I can send you links to some. Or, if you want a nicer skin that those available free check out some of the skin makers groups, there is usually a fee of 100-250L to join the group but they give out good quality skins as gifts. I know Belleza gives 3 or 4 skins when you join that are beautifully done.

Try clearing your cache...this often makes items reappear. Go to preferences, network tab and you will see the clear cache buttons. You will then need to log out and reboot your computer. I clear cache at least weekly.

If they are items you created you could also offer to sell them to the new manager.

I believe that the LL Viewer will allow you to wear more than one tattoo layer. If you use 3 party viewer like Phoenix which I use to wear multiple tattoos I wear one tattoo layer and then wear other tattoos on clothing layers.

Besides "Adding" you can also attach to different points and adjust fit to your preference. Can select attach chest for one and spine for the other as example

When I want my purchase "now" I use the marketplace to review items and then tp to the inworld shop to buy them

Marketplace delivery can be slow...can take up to 24 hours to recieve items. This is particularly true for items bought together in a shopping cart. Single purchases usually process faster but not always.

If there are items in your inventory that are transferable you can try to sell them to earn some lindens

I am 90% sure that hair is Tukinowaguma (correctly spelled now : ) Was it DoC Eldritch you spoke with at DE? If he told you the hair name+creator and you did not find it in the shop, im owner of the hair store he referred you to. It is possible you missed it or they retired it.

The few times I have had things become delisted it has been to maturity settings conflicting with LL's banned or flagged keyword list. Some words that you would not think could be mature are...my last one was the word Lolita when I modified it to gothic-lolita it then was ok.
