  1. If I were having all those issues I would uninstall SL and then reinstall a fresh version. If after doing that you still have issues talk to Live Chat if you are Premium

With your AO - you can buy new stands that you like then you will need to edit your AO Your AO should have come with some instructions but with most of them you do the following: - Deatch and rez ao on the ground - Click edit on the AO and open the contents - Drag your new standing poses into the AO then look for the notecard that has the animations - You will need to edit this card deleting the stands you do not like and adding the names of your new poses in their place - Save the card, reset your Ao, pick it up, wear it and you should be good to go If you do not have an AO you can get them preloaded with a variety of animations for avatar movement at any of the larger animation shops like Vista for one
  3. Im the creator and then follow up with a notecard. On notecard put your name, explain issue, copy then paste the duplicate transaction data from your account history on to the card for them to review.
  4. I don't participate in any of those so can't help directly...but, next time you see a shop who does im the owner. Am sure they would be glad to offer the information. Or if you belong to Emergency Help group am sure someone there would be able to offer up some contacts

  6. First I would detach everything and make sure there is nothing wonky is some item you have attached...like shoes sometimes have movement scripts. Then rez your AO on the ground, edit it, and then in the tools menu choose recompile scripts. You might also need to target the AO script in the contents and reset that too. If you have built a personalized pose set card it should ask you if you want to use the default card or the card you built

Unfortunately resizing does not mean "fitting" If the items are mod you might need to edit using linked parts, uncheck stretch both sides, and then gently tweak just the places where the clothing has holes or where it is too big. If it is not the "fit" causing holes, it could be you have your graphics turned to low
  8. are they showing in the inactive or unavailable tabs? items can be delisted if the keyword police do not like some of your words
  9. Look him up in search. If he is still in SL you will see his name. If not then he has left or is now someone else.
  10. I never have an issue with my inventory. It is there everyday, all the time. I would check your computer or maybe switch viewers but think a personal problem not a world issue. You might try clearing cache. I do that at least weekly. When it gets clogged it can hide items from you.
  11. I usually know where to go to buy most items and have a extensive list of preferred shops. But, when I do not...type in keywords, then narrow by category. When see something I like will tp to the inworld shop. I find it hard to determine quality from the marketplace and so now check the overall appearance of the shop and its merchandise before buying.   12. I think Naima and Aoharu have some tie up ones but if you are looking for just any crop top check the marketplace as a quick way to narrow down what you like

  15. The texture you recieved probably was just a photo of the shape you bought. Many merchants include product photos in their packaging. You might also have recieved a notecard that will tell you what skin was used to make the shape so that your finished result will look more like the photo. It is the marriage of a skin and shape that make a good looking avatar. Not all skins and shapes work well together. So finding out what skin was used is very helpful information.
  16. I had this problem once before. The only way I was able to fix it was to log in with another viewer ( I use Phoenix and so logged in with Kirstens). Once I logged in with the new viewer I was able to change and delete the hair fix thing. When I logged back in with my preferred viewer all was fine
  17. Several of the top skin makers give a free skin (Belleza gives 3) when you join their group. It usually costs 100-250L to join the group but that is just a fraction of what buying the skin would cost.
  18. If you know of skins you like from demos check their group gifts. You will usually have to pay a small fee of 100-250L but most give you 1 or more free skins as a joining gift. I know Belleza gives out 3 or 4
  19. I know how annoying it is when you are "ready and set" then there are delays. But I agree with several posters, I think something has happened in RL to prevent the manager from appearing; the money you paid is not enough for it to be of benefit to anyone...certainly not worth scamming for. I would send the manager an im and a notecard politely explaining your concern along with request that your rent be adjusted for the delay. Also check to see if there is anyone else you can speak with...landowner, mall-owner, co-manager or assistant. Even another renter in the mall might have some information for you. As mentioned before it is best to rent for just a short time 1-2 weeks...and not just initially but ongoing. Virtual worlds just are not as stable as RL. Our main store is on land we have rented from someone we have known personally for 5 years. But we still never pay more than 2 weeks ahead. Also, we cash out frequently; get your funds out of world and into RL unless you are just using it to fund your SL lifestyle. Why tie-up your revenue...there is rarely a big incentive to pay more. But, mostly you just never know what could happen to the sim owner, the land, or even the SL platform or LL.
  20. This just happened to me today...try a new sync to marketplace I had to do it twice for it to refresh all the items
  21. Like Charolotte said, once your sale of lindens has been completed you need to process the credit...you do this from your dashboard Linden Echange/Manage/Process Credit.. You can have money wired but it seems a complicated process vs using Paypal
  22. You need to buy a new skin, The ones that come free from your inventory all are made with under-garments that cannot be removed. As a less expensive solution you could join the Belleza Skins group...there is a small fee but you get 3 or 4 really great skins as a gift when you join
  23. They will wire you the funds but the process when I read about it seemed cumbersome....might just want to establish with paypal. The process is still bit clunky but works
  24. Buy a Premium account and it will get fixed. With Premium you get a sign on bonus after 45 days and a weekly stipend which pay back a huge part of the membership fee and you get service
