if I buy land how do I know what the tier cost will be

I upgraded to premium to get a free linden home but can't register

I upgraded to premium to get a free Linden Home but when I click the (get your home now) tab nothing happens. I can't register or even see the selection I thought this would be a fun experience but now I am just frustrated

I upgraded to premium but the registration for linden home page does nothing but send me around in circles logging in over and over. Is there any to actually get the free Linden Home that was promised as part of upgrading to premium. When I try to register it sends me to the get your home now page where I click that tab and ---NOTHING
