At the end of the text, before the " mark, put \n . This will lift the text by one line. Add more if you want it even higher - do not forget the space after the n: so "\n \n ". Example: llSetText("Emma's Box\n \nDO TRY IT OUT.\nSit on it.\n \n6 LI - Modify & Copy permissions\n \n \n \n ", <1,1,1>, 1.0);

What do you think "LL will 'never' Change or Fix"?
Emma Krokus replied to Love Zhaoying's topic in General Discussion Forum
LL will never remove flagged Marketplace Demo listings that are not associated with a full listing. Nor will LL fix the Boolean in Marketplace Search and I'll be forever unable to eliminate listings by putting "NOT DEMO" (and DEM0 and all other versions to avoid people actually not having to look at these abominations) in SEARCH. Nor will LL make demos a subcategory of a listing, so demos don't clutter the Marketplace. -
Very thorough set-up! I have similar... with over 100k inventory I need to:) I've recently added a folder - Animated Furniture and Objects... folders for single, couples, also furniture sets. I often swap animations for ones I like better. Finding something here is now much easier...

LL will never fix group communication so I could get ALL my group IMs inworld or notices, inworld and in off-line messages... -
llTargetOmega toggle in root - root prim OR child prim rotates...
Emma Krokus replied to Emma Krokus's topic in LSL Scripting
That did the trick! I suspected prim property and wiped the individual prims... to no avail. So I tried stopping all from the root script with your function. And it's working fine now:) Thank you, Quistess -
Water wheel - 3 prims, root prim has script (no other scripts in linkset): integer play=FALSE; string sound="Water Mill"; default { touch_start(integer detected) { play = !play; if (play) { llLoopSound(sound, 1.0); llTargetOmega(<-1,0, 0>*llGetRot(),0.12,1.0);//llTargetOmega(<0,0,1>,0.12,PI); }else{ llStopSound(); llTargetOmega(<0,0,0>,0,0); } } } Either the root prim plus middle prim rotates, and the wheel does not. Or root and middle prim stop, wheel turns! I've reset as well stopped and restarted the script. Issue persists - any thoughts? Thank you!

Maybe you are wearing an extra layer with your body? With BOM you only need to wear the basic Maitreya body...

Aww thanks for your concern, Ceka:) It's not them! I am in the UK and we have other villains. Hopefully my new provider will be ok.

Also, if you're unsure of where the group joiner is or which group to join, go into EDIT on the group gift and look for the group it is set to on the GENERAL tab... you can click the group from there to open and then join. 9 times out of ten this will get you the right group.

I have been with the same internet provider for 17 years and am in the process of changing due to seeing a very good deal with another company with a good reputation. It did please me to receive an email from the old company saying they were sorry to see me go... so I totally understand your deflatedness. Here is a hug for you - if you want it!

Sim Settings Not Working
Emma Krokus replied to Claire Spellhunter's topic in General Second Life Tech Discussion
so much this! -
In common usage, it seems to be as acceptable as "De gustibus, non disputandum est"...

I feel very much like you Rowan. And yet, sometimes I get fascinated by little things about maths that seem... oddly beautiful to me! Patterns based on numbers, neatness around multiples of the number 9... did you know any number where the numbers adds up to 9, can be neatly divided by 9..., and my one perfect A exam score when I did binary in school - I'm ok as long as there's just 2 numbers.

I can log in but my inventory wasn't fully loading. Couldn't do a thing... Cleared cache and now it's stuck at 170 items. Guessing it's to do with "Service Maintenance" status - but no details have been given so far.

Museum of Maya & Inca Civilizations
Emma Krokus replied to Dana Enyo's topic in Second Life Education and Nonprofits
Saw this post and visited today! Great to have this introduction to the Mayan and Incan civilizations. Thank you. Planning to visit the model of Machu Picchu in SL next! -
Would you share all the details of you avatar?
Emma Krokus replied to Bree Giffen's topic in General Discussion Forum
Happy to share everything but shape, only because it would take too long to type out!! But I wear an ancient skin, lots of BOM make-up to transform it, most of my clothes are freebies - and much of all this is no longer available... So, I would not be all that helpful after all -
Do your friends' homes have scripts enabled?

I am seeing SLMP search as borked again. For a few days now the newest first search for any permissions 0 L$, excluding Gachas and "NOT DEMO" in keywords, is showing the same results (I know there should be more there from my other search of all permission 0L$...). Tried signing out and back in, but still the same. So I suspect there is actually something wrong with search again... perhaps extending to items of more than L$1.
