Does anyone know whether any merchants are offering a Victorian greenhouse or similar in the Black Friday sales? Must be modifiable... Alternatively, any recommendations for something that is fairly low LI (no more than 30), and reasonably large - and high, e.g. accommodate a 6 meter high palm tree?

Some are on the primmy side... They do for some reason include an extra prim (invisible cube) in all the group gifts I took today. As far as I can make out, it does not impair function to unlink and delete it... Odd! Good idea to replace the glass with another... And you're welcome!

You can unlink it - the glass top and stem are one prim. There are two prims for the bottom of the glass - one of those seems not needed (invisible from top and white when looked at from underneath... There isn't a shadow on the place mat for the glass - so you can swap position and ... relax...

I too had an issue with some groups today and Live Chat said they would forward my information to the engineers. In several groups, what I posted would simply disappear off the screen completely - no system message of any kind. I was also unable to link with the logs for these groups on my PC. This applied to largish groups (3500 members) and very small ones (3 menbers). Several other groups, both large and small, functioned as expected and linked to their history logs as normal.

This may not be your issue but worth a look if you haven't checked running processes already (in case you need it: on a Windows device, CTRL + ALT + DELETE will bring up a menu with Task Manager on it). My story: I had a similar issue - eventually checked out Task Manager and found a huge number of dullahan.exe processes hogging resources - even after logging out from SL. People have tried to explain this beast to me but it's gone over my head. There is a discussion in the forums here somewhere!) I eventually ended up disabling that file in my viewer (Singularity) completely (by renaming dullahanx.exe). I think it means I can't access SL media but frankly I wasn't a great user of that anyway. I do hope you find the source of your issue!

falling sure can be an problem ! the issues i have had, were: - rezzing on mesh, and - the cube giving me an error message when i try to sit - it does not happen within all skyboxes... maybe an issue with boundary boxes? but i'm just guessing...

the sit on a cube trick sometimes doesn't work inside a sky box i therefore rez a chair scripted to be sat on outside and move it inside and then sit on it also there are some great free teleporters on MP - i like the auto-configuring one - super easy to use and allows multiple destinations

are you using scripts with the avatar called AVsitter as creator? i think thats necessary for this... ETA:

A side topic: the issue with animations of different priorities and affecting different parts of the body, leading to lower priority animations not showing correctly if played AFTER a higher priority one... is there a workaround?
