  1. However, we don't know if they will release any more Victorian regions. They are already working on the next theme and they still have quite a few homes of the other types that are not yet claimed, as well as more regions of the other types that are not quite finished and released. Therefore, I'm not so sure I even see them creating more Victorian regions. The only places that really even have a remote possibility of Victorian homes are south of the mountains in those SSPE regions that are not yet completed - and then only if they do a lot of landscape changes in those areas. Which is why I said that if you are determined to only have a Victorian and not any abandoned property, then you truly may never get one. I'm just trying to give you some realistic expectations, but we are all free to dream here.
  2. Where I live, you have to haul them off to the recycling location yourself -- the local park, a mile or so away, in my case.
  3. If you truly do not want any abandoned property then, based upon everything that I can see and know so far, you will not get a Victorian. Best I can tell, there will not be any more regions of Victorians released. The ONLY way to get one will be an abandoned one. Even though I have alts that own multiple types of homes - a Traditional, a Houseboat, and a Camper - I am not willing to give those up. Therefore, I only have one Premium account left to use for trying to find a Victorian that I like. Thus, even with my alts owning other homes, I have no more than 5 chances per day -- just like you -- to get a Victorian home.
  4. Since I scolded someone else, I have to be fair and do the same here -- you aren't really supposed to advertise you own stuff. If you take a picture of a room and comment on the stuff, you can comment that you made such and such pieces. If people ask, you can then tell them where to find them. However, you aren't really supposed to just take pics of things you made and say you are selling it and where to buy it.

If you are talking about the Legacy body, check the store and if you don't see anything there, then contact the creator.
  6. Best I can tell, if someone does not want an abandoned Victorian, they may NEVER get one. There are currently no more Victorian regions that have not been released -- as far as we can see on the map anyway. We have nothing so far that gives us any indication that LL is creating any more Victorian regions. Therefore, since every Victorian home has already been claimed, the only way to get one is to get an abandoned one.
  7. There has never been any guarantee of a specific home theme. This is no different from the old Linden Homes where there have been many times where a particular house type was out of stock. All accounts that own homes are paying LL for that right. Besides, even with the people that have homes on various accounts, not very many actually have more than one of a specific type of home. You gain nothing if everyone gave up their alts' Traditional houses, Houseboats, and Campers, keeping only their Victorian home.
  8. There is a big difference in adding actual grass versus a large flat grassy textured prim across the entire lot, which is what I was referring to as looking so terribly out of place. By the same token, it usually isn't something like Kentucky Bluegrass that we find growing in sand, but typically a drier, wilder type of grass that often doesn't provide full coverage of an area. Those types of minor subtleties aren't an issue though, in my opinion.
  9. They do currently still have a surplus of Traditionals, Houseboats and Campers. I've seen all three of those consistently since the large release on the 16th. The Victorians are the only thing currently in short supply, with only the occasional abandoned one showing up on the page.
  10. I truly do not remember my initial rez day in SL........... way back in 2007. I pretty much never even notice my yearly rezday until days/weeks/months later. I am really trying to get better about this because some stores give rezday presents. I'm also not really a birthday celebration type of person in RL.
  11. Yeah, but often I will abandon one, someone else will grab it while I grab something else, and then when I abandon the 2nd or 3rd one I'll end up with the first one again.
  12. And where I live, we often still get snow in late April or even into May. I won't push it that far for my Linden Home though.
  13. I wasn't a part of this thread activity, but decided to have some of my own Christmas fun. Surprising people is one enjoyment that I do get out of the holiday.
  14. That is one of my biggest frustrations -- we only get 5 abandons per day, so I get really ticked off when I pick up one that I just abandoned a short bit ago. It would be soooooo nice if they could manage to program it such that it saved your most recent 5 locations and didn't give them back to you.
  15. Pretty much everywhere I've lived in the US, the Christmas decorations come down usually no later than the first weekend of the new year, though sometimes it will be a bit longer if the weather is bad. For my Linden Home plots, I will pick up my Christmas themed stuff shortly after the new year, but my general 'very light' wintery stuff will stay out a while longer.
  16. That is the actual SSP area, which is where the Moles did their development for the Bellisseria continent. Most of it matches up with current Bellesseria, but there are a few differences here and there. It isn't anything we can get to -- totally just their work area. If you go to the beginning of the SSP? thread, you'll see when it was first spotted in Aug 2018 and how it developed over the months:
  17. Depending on how they are scripted, they could possibly cause script lag issues in the region. The particles themselves though would only cause issues for anyone actually seeing them. Further proof that way too many folks are not actually reading the covenant - many likely don't even realize there is a covenant, despite ticking any little box on the agreement page. *sigh*
  18. A few have done that with the Traditionals & Campers on sand lots and on some mountain-top lots. It looks totally out of place to me. If I lived next to such, I'd probably report it, with comments, and let LL decide. By the same token, I'd also probably derender the grass prim, which might or might not make the rest of their landscaping look funny also.
  19. We do not know that Bellisseria will actually "connect" to the mainland - though waaaaayyyy back Patch had commented something about possible road connections somewhere. Despite any comments made, we do not know if there will be any more Victorian regions being created. All regions that we can currently see that are still being worked on are not in the Victorian portion of Bellisseria. There are definitely still some more Traditionals, Houseboats, and Campers coming. If there are more Victorians coming, they are apparently being created somewhere that we can't yet see.
  20. Maybe check you TP history and go back and AR it.
  21. If it is anything like my inventory, it's going to take quite a few BOTTLES.
  22. Is there another Bellisseria? I think all of the Victorian regions (so far) have been released Patch said that there would be no more releases until 2020, but he never stated what types of homes will be released. As far as I know, the only regions that we have visibility to that have not yet been released are the ones on the southern end of the original portion of Bellisseria -- the ones still named SSPEnnn and possibly a few named surrounding regions - and some of the new houseboat groupings. I don't think there are any Victorian regions - that we can see - that have not yet been released.
  23. If your or your alt wear Altamura bodies or other stuff, the group is currently free to join and today's Christmas gift is a box of gift cards -- two L$500 ones and six L$100 ones.
  24. This year my husband and I decided to do Christmas dinner at a new Indian restaurant nearby. This is probably the first year in forever that we haven't either had a traditional turkey dinner at home or a steak dinner out. And yeah - that dude is a total douche.
