Outside of all of the keyword spam that causes all sorts of misc garbage to returned. No way around that other than spending hours reporting things and modifying your search to have a dozen (or more ) NOT options. The Demo filter only works if an item is actually tied to the "full version". There are tons of items that are Demos - according to their titles - that are not tied to any 'full version and thus that checkbox does not filter them out'. So we still have to add "NOT demo" to every search.

It does awesome things for separating houses a bit more. I like that a lot.

If the parcel reset properly, there should not be any left over stream defined. If it is definitely a stream defined on your parcel, then notify Support, because they need to let the Moles know if the stream is not always resetting when someone abandons a parcel. Depending on where you are when you hear the music, you could be hearing your neighbors' music. If you tend to go to your parcel from that Dashboard link a lot, then just go to your options and set Telepoint Routing such that it drops you into the houseboat or just outside it.

That is definitely some interesting parcel & house placement.

Firestorm does have this feature - though the preference item is titled "Trim 'Resident' from legacy names". It is ticked by default and greyed out if you are set to only show the Display names. And yeah, other than only showing Display names, there is no way to not see the last names of those that have something besides Resident.

I have one of those........ somewhere. Actually, if you pull up the post that was quoted, there really was something added. The quote and reply is just messed up though - formatted funky.

Not any different that back in the day when a set of names would roll off the list and a new set become available. I was ticked when I couldn't create a Jewel alt anymore, but that is the way the last name list has always worked. Once a name rolls off the list, it is never available again.

In my high school Psychology class, we took a whole battery of tests to help us in figuring out what we might be best suited for career-wise. We took the entire batch of tests 3 times during the first 3/4 of the school year, specifically because, as you said, all sorts of things can impact the scores/outcome, using the results for a large project near the end of the year. It was actually quite interesting seeing how some things changed more than others across those different test times. It was also very interesting to see how results of the different tests correlated with each other.

I totally forgot about those. I did purchase a few kitties from the MP many, many months ago. I'll have to remember that in the future, if I ever go looking for regular non-gacha animals there again.

I don't know that separating the options would help. Regardless of options checked, people can always IM and Chat only carries 20m anyway. Simply because of how I use that option, I don't assume that everyone using it doesn't want to be communicated with. Almost everyone I have ever met that uses that option is using it for the visibility/privacy part. Most people are fine with chatting/IMing, regardless of that setting, unless they are actually involved in something where they are not wanting to be disturbed -- and those will either tell you that or simply not notice the IM or ignore it for a while. We (the general "we") are often guilty of assuming way too much based on partial information.

I honestly think the percentage of folks doing lots of home swapping is very small - mostly comprised of folks here on the forums in the Linden Home threads. And we know that the number of people that spend much time in the forums is a very, very low subset of SL folks and even of Premium folks. In the area where my primary Linden Traditional is at, most of the homes around me have not changed owners. However, when I'm at the house, there is usually nobody in the region these days -- very, very unlike the first month or two after the homes were released. IMO, much of the neighboring activity in Bellisseria has slowed down simply due to human nature. It is no longer the "new shiny" and so some of the excitement has worn off. When the Vics were released -- the latest new shiny - there were all sorts of people out and about, wandering around and congregating in small clumps, likely discussing the houses, landscaping, furnishing, etc... The large level of activity in those areas is now slowing. If you watch the inworld map, each time a new area is released, there is lots of activity in those regions for a bit, but then things settle down. I think the 'settling down' happens a bit faster now, simply because it isn't all so new.

Well, she did an absolutely amazing job of giving them a true authenticate cardboard look. I actually camped at a few places as a child that really did nail thick cardboard signs to posts to mark the campsites.

In case you decide to try out other homes - it is a mailbox for the Houses (Traditional and Victorian), a Buoy for the Houseboats, and a little cardboard sign on a post for the Campers/Trailers.

While I am still coveting those nice island parcels in Hooten Holler, my alt just picked up this Camper. I think I'm going to hang on to it for a few days and feel it out. While it seems to be plopped into the middle of a bunch of others, it actually has pretty good privacy, with lots of trees around it. Maybe I'll hang on to it at least until it looks like SSPE360/361 is about ready to release. There are a couple of plots there that I want more than any other camper location I've seen to date.

Naturalistic Intelligence - Meh, not so much Musical Intelligence - I suck at anything musical except dancing - I am tone deaf, cannot sing, cannot play any instrument, could not identify musical notes if my life depended on it. I absolutely love dancing though and when a bit younger, would have been happy dancing much of my spare time away. I've danced off & on my whole life, some competitions, but nothing major - more for fun and personal enjoyment than anything else. Logical-Mathematicael Intelligence - This is definitely my strongest area. I am most at ease when involved in any sort of logic or math problem/puzzle and can often lose track time when involved in such activities. Existential Intelligence - Nope, not even a little. Interpersonal Intelligence - I've probably about average here. I can read most folks as long as things aren't too subtle. Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence - I'm pretty strong here, probably my second strongest. Linguistic Intelligence - Oddly enough, I have never thought of myself as being persuasive or having a way with words, yet I have been told by others that I actually do exhibit those qualities. So maybe, maybe not. Intrapersonal Intelligence - Average here. I'm usually pretty good at knowing my motives and desires, but having had my emotions squashed as a child, I still often have difficulty figuring out what I'm feeling. Visual-Spatial Intelligence - Mediocre, at best. We had gifted classes in Junior High, but I only did the math one. I had a blast in it. P.S. @Pamela Galli - Fun topic.

As one of the multiple things to help prevent fraudulent activities, you cannot sell any L$ until you have bought some and then waited 30 days. Then you can sell, up to US $1999 per 30 days and you can then cash out up to US $999 per 30 days. The limits will only be raised after demonstrating true need for such. Those are the rules. No amount of whining will change those rules.

In my alt's never-ending totally futile quest to land one of those island parcels in Hooten Holler, I did manage to nab this Camper spot. While many others would love it for the water, which is fabulous, the rest of the surroundings aren't for me.
