I am taking a different path here, I sell mod (often with resize script always deletable) and trans. If they make a mistake, send it back and I will replace... (or custom fit if needed) and No copy. I do not use venders and I do not have gift options so, this works out well for me and customers seem to appreciate the trans..and I am fast to respond to customers and most know that. ; ) Also to me, If someone buys it wears it a few times and wants to pass it to a friend or an alt.. it wont be a problem...who am I to tell them they cant pass it to a friend? I would in RL, do it all the time when I buy something I liked in store but wore a few times and found out I dont really like it.. pass it to a friend. It is arrogant and I totally agree to not have a clothing item no mod is a mistake.. I know some sell the prim parts mod but the clothing layers no mod, which what happens if I want to wear a pair of pants with boots that have a flair? I cant fix that.. so I have to buy another pair of pants to wear boots with? One of my biggest frustrations is a inventory full of outfits I would love to pass to an alt (or friend) but I cant... I seriously hate no trans and myself I wont buy clothing unless its mod. I change my shape so much that a no mod would be useless to me. As an experiment I put a few outfits up, one mod copy one mod trans and after a week or so, I judged the amount of each I sold and this resulted in more trans items being purchased.. So, maybe its a good idea to try that yourself, see what your customers want. Good luck. Mesh clothing is a whole other bowl of cherries......................... no use for mod on those.

Since this was written in april and it is now december, I guess your letting them know had no bearing on them putting htat option back in. I guess they dont care if clothing designers have to relearn how to box their items and that "links" mean squat to us.

I am having an issue when creating a listing (or editing) if I want to add a related item the scroll box has dozens of items i have deleted, some from several months ago. This was not like this before the "fix" went into place so does anyone know how I get rid of these. I do not have another box anywhere and these items do not show up in "unavailable" to delete. Unavailable is actually 0 entries in my marchant home. So.. dont know what to do to get rid of these. It is annoying because there are alot in there. I have synced from box and on webpage. Suggestions appreciated.

I use frefox to, it's wonderful for that. I dont recall is IE does it. But since that redzone scam I don't click to many links in SL. And that one given at random would have set off flags to me. I hope LL is taking this serious. AND DO give a MOTD warning same with phoenix and other browsers.

It's limited and I love the ability to import obj into photoshop extended. Of course there is also a freebie program out that to use in tandom with the gimp.. Its name escapes me and I dont think its free anymore.

I think a lot of it will depend on the alphas included and the lockdown of what shape you can use. Also, if you wear a shirt with an alpha from one person, a skirt with an alpha from another.. Then a pair of boot with an alpha?? Um.. You can see the problem. Right now its the newest buzz word and everyone is hot for it, but when people start realizing what you "can't" do..... I think meshes for clothing "parts" wont be as popular as people think. however I can see full avatar meshes being so. So you will buy (for a bazillion L$) the Cindy avatar or the Bob avatar/ Sorta like poser.Of course all this is just my opinion... I did see a great hoodie mesh that looked nice, I was impressed with the sleeves and their movement. Then I put my boots on and lost the alpha on the hoodie.. yuck. I have noticed that the mesh clothing is plain and mostly in simple colors with very little detail. Maybe a fat logo splashed across a hoodie..

I've oinly been using the v3 for a few hours but have no crashed. Upon initial use I was a cloud for a long time, but it resolved itself.. and mesh clothign looks great. HOWEVER. Why is it that when I have my lighting and shadows enabled the transparent SL bald hair base shows through my prim hair?? Also when I take a photo the snapshot window is black. Believe me I wont use anything that messes up muh hairs and what good is lighting and all that crap if I cant take a picture of it...

The work around doesnt WORK for me.. and I can add or remove till my head turns blue my friend just becomes unclickable!!!!! I cant even IM them. I have a couple zoobies and they sure are high on scripts.... I have a cat I have had for almost 4 years in SL, he doesnt really walk about except where he is instructed to, but she might have updated.. anyway they are primmy to, but I think look great. Builders brewery is a good educational group and sim. They hold many classes and are very helpful in group chat. It is PG so keep it clean. Also speak easy from builders is a goo done, mature that group. Depending on your interests, I would suggest scanning the education in search and if you find somehting you are interested in click on it and use remind me. good luck.

Recently I had someone contact me that an item was not delivered. Only 3 times can I say this has happend, anyway.. It showed in my panel "pending delivery" no money into my account and an hour or more later it said failed delivery. The thing is, on his end it showed the money taken from his account (never put in mine but removed from his).. I sent all information to LL on a ticket.. I sent him the item myself and about 4 hours later his account was credited the money back... He then paid me in world (granted this is not the rule, most would hahah and run) but he was honest and we both were happy. That any merchant will not take extra steps to retain customers is beyond me.... Do file a ticket to LL.Because it is possible you might be in this situation... Good luck,. (I might be fuzzy on the time frames, but it only took a day to resolve)
