Hello, why not make a group role with nearly no or no abilities and a tag that is not connected to your place/group like "Empty". Remove the group-chat permissions and whatever you can. I know he can leave and rejoin but worth a try :matte-motes-wink: And if the Avatar is banned from your land it doesn´t matter if in the group or not. Even so there was a ban-bug some weeks back. I have a 275 and the driver update usually covers all them but the real improvements are only for the newer ones. Only if they do speed-ups but thats rare. Monti

I guess right now most are busy with trying Mesh, clothing, furniture, houses, cars, boats .... Some will update their "old" builds to that new technique... So far they are very busy outside SL and only jump on to upload and have a look. For me, i was/am busy with welcome/guide bots for a colombian university. Monti

Oh well if you cannot find the animations .... As you sure know, no one can move really free in SL. You can walk, run, crouch but when it comes to interactions or move beyond the standards its all about animations. I have to agree that especiall latin dances are not well done in SL. Most look plain silly or dumb. Monti

Hi, a content giver script should be in your inventory under library. Try search. Show the profile however is bit more tricky but can be done with paste a link in open chat pointing to the URL of your web-profile. As i dont use web-profiles i cannot tell you the path but it would be like put llSay(0, "yourprofileurl"); in the on_click event. Others will provide you with the full info for sure. Monti

Maybe a bad timing. Right now meshes come to SL and that will change the look and creation of custom avatars. And as a fun-killer the provided link shows copyrighted material. Not saying the creator doesn´t have the permission! but mesh-creators have to answer questions about copyrights to remind them what is good or bad. Anyway good luck on your search. Monti

No fan of Facebook and i dont see the need for. To add about that 5 minute thing. Companies not just add a thing, they first talk, discuss, document then changes, backup former state, pick one to do it, test .... Even if add the button is a 5 minute thing, in big companies it take alot more time before it´s added. That´s why i prefer working on my own :smileyhappy: Monti

I guess using the logo isn´t allowed, even only the wave ... No matter on what product. As for the OP: I love that idea but i guess the companies would pay a fee they would ask for a massive fee using their "name" no matter where or why even thats (as OP said) free promo. It isn´t the company owners, its their lawyers this people often very closed-minded and only care for money. On the other hand the internet shows alot examples of bad use of brands, names, TMs ....

Hello, not for the 3 apps i use(d). Better ones let you chat, IM, Teleport, invite friends, show profiles, pay, checking (using) your inventory and listen to music. The "higher" functions like building or all the preferences stuff and i guess the land tools are not avail. Monti

I had a problem with the boxes too, a few days ago some of my items had the status - not avaiable - even so i did do nothing to them. Must all be related to that DirectDelivery or the usual Inventory maintenances .... Monti

Hello if the object is listening to e.g. channel -123 then the owner can type /-123 blah blah blah If i remember right this won´t show up in chat but the object can "hear" it, so far only when it´s in chat range what makes it obsolete as a long distance relay. You could have an attachment that listen and forward .... but that´s going to be a mess You might best stay with your textbox solution. Monti

Hi, the answer is no. You may remove not used parts or for e.g. use and arm as wing but you cannot add new "bones". The SL skeletton is fixed. Whereas you can put wings on your avatar but they won´t move like being real, it will be more like hairs.... Monti

I guess (Phoenix) Firestorm is as close as V2 Viewers will get to the old interface. Still has all the old menus and build functions in it. Some things are ...hard-coded... and cannot be undone. Monti

Hello, yes you can change L$ to real money and depending on the xchange rate you shouldn´t do that with some 100L$ because of the fees Lindens and maybe your bank take. No premium membership needed to have a buisness, but you get more support when there´s troubles with your account or ingame shop ... Free members have little to none support. Finally i would say you better put some real money into SL first because of the upload fees for texture, sculptys .... Good Luck, Monti
