I have not done much inside of my Fantasy home either. I cannot decide which model I prefer and also want to wait until the Spell versions of the models are available to try out. (Hint, hint? Begging??)

I don't remember these Skyboxes being mentioned from the L$50 Birthday Bash but I tried them out and they are quite nice, all with color change options. I find it handy to have a private dressing and unpacking room above my Linden Homes and these would be lovely for that. The one at bottom left is 85 LI which is a bit much but the others (32 LI and 58 LI if I remember correctly) are great!

LOL, thanks for that! I am furnishing that TinyHouse on a half-sim I rent and am amazed that anything else can be squished into it! This has to be the last item; I did not buy the second couch, preferring a tad of walking space instead. 😆

Oh, I see! Well, I also recently bought a raven avatar from Jinx but have not tried it so don't have a recommendation as yet. Give it a try! 🙂

I have ravens from both Jinx and Jian, Jian has a whole set of static, wandering and companion ravens. My fave companion cat is from Rezz Room but I am not sure if it comes in black. I am fairly sure that Jian has bats, spiders and goats and may well have snakes and rats as well. I love everything from Jian but prefer cats from other makers.

Really makes one wonder if the shape of the peninsula was intentional for the name of the region, a little inside joke...

I had this happen recently and the solution was to send and receive the friend requests while both avatars were logged in at the same time. That worked and I was "friending" an alt so I had two instances of SL open simultaneously. The Linden who helped me said it was a known issue which is being worked on.

Yeah, I didn’t understand eggplant either till I searched a bit. Apparently there was a thread on another forum about the shape of that peninsula and they were trying not to be naughty, hence the Eggplant House. 🍆 .

Wow, I have totally missed the whole Horizons thing and I can see on the map that there are a TON of regions in the group. Must have arrived during one of my "out-of-SL" periods! Thanks for all the info, I will take a look when I next get inworld.

Thank you, I keep an eye on the complexity of every outfit and generally stay between 25,000 and 35,000 but can go below 10,000 for crowded events and the kitty definitely sleeps or stays home for classes, dances etc. It does help to understand the facts.

Hmmm, not to get myself in trouble but this whole thread sparked a question in my mind. I have a little animated companion cat (a memorial to a sweet, small feline soul who transitioned from RL to virtuality last year) who goes with me everywhere in SL. Does a companion animal also contribute to the local script/texture load or contribute only as is shown by the avatar complexity of its human? I suppose that it must contribute but I am just not sure how...

As I said in chat: Big, big shoes to fill and your talents and enthusiasm will be hard to match!

I stopped by the Love store just now: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/NESWNGI/150/117/25 and found these two gems on sale. The trees are 1LI each and have 12 textures. The church ruins include 12 pieces, in lit and unlit versions, 22LI for all. Perfect for Fantasy homes!

Okay, I did some research on these mushrooms, bought the glowy ones (bottom right) and took them to a sandbox. Though they are tiny-tiny right out of the box, they stretch really well. Here is a photo of the glowy group, each at the top of their 1LI range. For context, this avvie is 6.25 feet tall. So, all in all, I may buy more!

It looks as if Wanderlust Weekend is a group and recurring event to watch, especially if you are a fan of Fantasseria/Fantisseria!
