Well, another problem is - support ignores all attempts to point at evidence, such as totally different IP/MAC adress, or whole crime doesn't make sence. He hit that unbreakable wall of support replying same copypaste about he's a hacker, that he simply tired trying. So i wondering if there any more reliable way to knock to the investigation team, or whoever decides who is guilty

So, my dear friend was banned (I suspect, perma ban) because of some his stupid actions, and false judgement of LL support investigation team. Story is: my friend got some problems with his credit card bank, and for some time become unable to do international payments, including payments to SL. Unfortunately, my friend isn’t one of people who able to wait, instead, he found some group of people in social networks, who say to sell L$. I still wish he would ask me, or any other friend from SL before purchasing around 12k L$ from those guys. One day later, his account become banned. Support team said, he was banned because "unauthorized access to other person account", so I think, those shady 3rd party sellers did hack somebody else to get L$, gave all of them to my friend, and since he was last in chain of transactions, LL decide that he was the hacker, while in fact he’s a mere dumb dude unable to wait few weeks. He plays SL from 2010, was premium user for quite a long time, spent lot of funds into the game over those years, and is dear friend of mine. Support don’t want to listen to any reason, and keep insisting he’s a hacker because they say so. Is there any way to move this case into more serious investigation or get his account get unbanned?

About year ago, one of neighbors at linden house region where my house is placed platform at very low altitude. I decided to just kindly ask owner to remove it, cause it’s against covenant, owner agreed and removed the object. There some cases that is too small to even file a ticket, though in case of this farm, owner obviously would start arguing if one would kindly ask him to remove that skybox, so I just file the report without any interaction with people up there. I actually made post on this forum to be sure it’s actually violation, to not file useless report to linden lab

Hello, I searched forum for similar question, but couldn’t find any, so here it is: Linden Home covenant forbids large scale breedable farms. Few days ago I notice suspiciously crowded linden home parcel - about 10 people at one place. I found out, that owner of the house uses it as a skybox avatar farm, with dozens of interactive harvesting machines, some kind of server terminal, and vendor, probably for earned points, while house itself is basically empty. I think it’s not ok, but covenant rules doesn’t forbid farms of objects extracting resource from avatar, nor forbid skyboxes at high altitudes. So my question is: is it legal to have such farm at linden home parcel?
