  1. There's lots of stuff for drag queens in SL. Try a search at MP and you'll probably find some. And you can check Zsa Zsa Flickr to see some of her looks and stuff for drag queens. Also take a look at this recent thread and maybe you can get more ideas:
  2. LOVE it! I'll definitely get the demo next time I'm in world.
  3. Second Life is all about creativity for me, it allows me to give wings to my imagination. So I usually use it to try to be creative in many ways, such as creating shapes, looks and poses, decorating, designing textures, landscaping and taking pictures. I also love to admire and appreciate the creativity that other users put into their work. I'm often exploring places and visiting galleries and events.
  4. That's about 95% of my block list. The other 5% are generally spammers on groups and inconvenient people like unwanted visitors in my home, those who use lots of gestures and people who insist in any situation that I already said No.
  5. I see that you're testing almost all Lelutka heads. Have you tried their new ones too? They're a little different than their other heads, because they changed the skeleton. I'm in love with Aida. I have been playing with its demo and I think it has a better response to the sliders compared to their previous heads. And if you want less expensive options, Vista heads are still with their last holidays discount, the heads are now at 1600. They are fully functional, have a great response to sliders and the animations run very smoothly and natural.
  6. It's an option in the snapshot preview window to freeze the screen/world, that way it's possible to change the angle of the camera before take the snapshot. In the GIF below, I used Black Dragon viewer. I checked the Freeze World box twice just to show how everything stops moving when it's marked. After that I moved the camera as usual by pressing CTRL+ALT+ mouse left-click. You can see that not just my avatar stopped, but clouds, water, everything around her. And once the world is completely stationary, before take the snapshot, it's possible to change not only the angle, but windlight, DOF, etc. It's very useful to capture movements, like a party with lots of avatars dancing, where you freeze the world on a certain move and then go to find a perfect angle for a snapshot. Here's a YouTube video about it: In other viewers, the Freeze Frame option seems to never worked well. It's still possible to change the angle after freezing the screen, but it's more complicated to work in my opinion.
  7. This. I don't have much patience to do shopping in RL. I only buy stuff when I'm really in need of something. On the other hand, in SL I am always looking for something to buy. Every single day I check dozens of sites, pages and blogs looking for news about fashion items and furniture.
  8. I have all viewers installed and time to time I play with them to check their new features. But, in the end, I always stay between Firestorm and Black Dragon. Firestorm for everyday usage. I can't live without its Wearable Favorites window and other handy features. Black Dragon for snapshots, because of its Animator tool, Machinima bar and other useful features for pictures like the freeze screen option that in my opinion works better than in any other viewer.
  9. Talking about looks, this is my first look* of the year. I have now 147 looks saved. I thought it was a lot, but now reading the amount of looks some of you have, I think mine is ok. 😊 *Hair by Elua, Jacket by Tetra and pants by Addams.
  10. When I saw this picture, Swirly Cyclone came to my mind. She is an avatar that has some looks like this. Has a while she doesn't update her blog, but you still can get some ideas from it. I think she wears a Slink Hourglass body, which could be a good choice for this look, and this body can be used with petite chest in case you want to switch for small breast look. However, still considering performing a drag with breasts, like the one on the picture you posted, I would go with Belleza Freya, because of its stronger legs and larger waist (compared to Slink Hourglass), which fits better this look in my opinion. But, just in case you want more flexibility about the breasts, I can not confirm if Belleza bodies have an add-on for flat chest as I never heard of it.
  11. I have the same perception as you about the female Slink hands. My alt uses Slink body and when the Bento version of the Slink hands was released, I didn't like them, I think they're a bit masculine for my taste, so I switched to Vista hands because their lines are softer and more elegant, even the nails are more delicate, in my opinion. Actually, I only use Slink hands when I'm using Slink body sheen, because otherwise I don't get a uniform shimmer between hands and body. If you like to use body glow, you have to consider this before make your decision. And Vista hands (and demo) have Skinnery appliers in their HUD, so if you'll try their demo, you'll have a good idea of how they fit your body.
  12. Press CTRL + P to open Preferences window. Choose System and click Security & Privacy tab. Check the box "Quiet Snapshots to Disk".
  13. My biggest plan for SL in 2019 is: manage better my time in world, focus on one thing at a time.
  14. My daily activity in Second Life is stay at home playing with everything related to avatar customization, creating shapes and looks, but I often go out to shopping and search for freebies too. When I have more time, generally on weekends, I usually visit places to take landscape pictures - and a few pics of my avatar too. I also love to play immersive games and do hunts. I do a lot of other things when time allows, but answering your question, that's how I basically spend most of my time in world.
  15. To all that was suggested above, I will add a tip. Once you have chosen the heads that you most like, you can test each of them using skin head appliers from the same store of your system skin and in the same tone you use. After that, you can look for makeups, hair bases and beauty marks that you like to use with your system head, but in applier versions of the heads. If you find these items and like the result, you will at least ensure a look with some references of your original appearance.
  16. This is me under my Vista Zoe head and using a Deetalez skin. 😁
  17. Here are some simple things I remember now: 1. When you get stuck on an animation, right click your avatar and select Reset Animations. 2. Do not feed trolls. They just want attention, if you don't give it to them, they'll get bored. Block button is your friend. 3. If you use Firestorm viewer, you can press CTRL+ALT+P to enable Movelock and prevent being moved or pushed by others. 4. When you try a mesh head for the first time, you better start using the shape provided in the head's folder. 5. If you use FS viewer, you can use Favorite Wearables window on Avatar menu to list your most used items, like some HUDs. It's useful to have quick access to them without the need to have them attached all the time.
  18. Not scary at all! I love to see unusual and creative avatars.
  19. This! Even though I don't change the head and skin I use for my main appearance, I have some heads from other brands because I am addicted in creating shapes/avatars. So I like the possibility to buy a second head for less than half price because I already have their HUD.
  20. I like this one! As a start you can choose a static animation, one from your head HUD for example, and edit it with Axis HUD. I do this all the time to smooth some animations.
