don't use the option "wear" ... always use "add" your avatar has several attachment points, if you use "wear" the clothing will go there, but if you click "wear" again and the other clothing goes to the same attachment point, it will replace the first. If you use "add" it will attach to the same point but both will show up at your avatar.

there are for sure, mostly themed, neighbourhoods... but if you will find real actual neighbours at home while you'r there too?... SL is a place for 24 time zones...and a lot more countries. Most neighbourhoods are just themed areas, people come and go, like any other region. Residental areas have mostly no shops... no clubs... no events or exciting things to do, so people go tp around, and you'r stuck without neighbours again... Most Linden homes are occupied but because of missing the things above, people use it a home base, but live everywhere on sl where the fun things are.

nobody here can confirm anything, we'r all just residents as you. Poofing during rezzing has nothing to do with DMCA reports. It just fails to rezz and normally indeed goes to lost and found. But it's also possible it is really lost, or went to object folder. When you don't know the name you';ll have to check your inventory manually, we can do nothing.

try login in at another region try resetting your connection / shut down machine, shut down modem/router, wait a few minutes, restart modem/router and wit till it's up and running fully again, than restart your machine. I have no idea what parts of installation you skip, but you have to install the viewer fully You can add your system specs by loging in and edit your post. It will make a few things more clear to help you. You'r talking to residents here, there's no Linden or official support on the forums. So there's no your or our side here

have a look at your land ownings or donations.

how is your connection between SL servers and your machine? wired? wifi? Sounds for me like there's missing some communication between the viewer and the servers. What happens if you don't replace but just take it off? Perhaps try resetting the connection. Or, in last case... if it's happening all the time, refresh your viewer cache

your problem is not your skin and not your body you simply miss the skin applier for the body, that's needed to have a correct connection at your wrists ankles and neck. Go to your favorite skinstore and get the applier that suits one (or more) skins you already have. ( be sure to get the slink applier for body/feet/hands together) If it are older skins there's a chance appliers are not available.

it's never been possible to upload whole songs to SL Sounds Sounds must be in .WAV file in standard PCM format, 16-bit/44.1kHz/mono or stereo (converted to mono), and less than ten seconds in length. Thus, 9.99 seconds is fine, but 10.0 will fail to upload. Sounds cannot be saved as 8-bit, 22.05 kHz, or any other frequency. Sounds in other formats can be converted in most sound programs. An example of a free quality converter is r8brain. Compression formats such as MP3 are not supported. There are scripts that can put several of those small files after eachother to create a whole song If you use those things, be ready to get banned and muted when you use those at other places than your home, personal sounds/ wearable radios are annoying and disturbing the enjoyment for others. when you sl is crap with such specs you better give up totally.... just adding a good graphics card should be enough. What really is the cause might be your network....wifi?.... bad connection, low speeds...huge packe loss

the Shops use a horrible,annoying, irrittating user unfriendly shopping hud... you may have lost your money from your account, but it might be waiting in the shopping hud till you buy something. If you buy something at TMP , it's not always physical in your inventory as wearable but has to be loaded in the stylemode hud.

to end with your last words: it's a principle of LL not to get involved in resident to resident issues.... and yours is one of those. If the previous owner doesn't refund you, you'r out of luck. Nobody else will pay you.

you only can turn it totally off or on... you can set groups to not to send messages/notices, but you won't get the notices/messages when you'r online either.

don't open too many the same time

most easy solution: mute/block ( and derender) and ban (if possible) if you want to report, right click the avatar and report or in your viewer menu, or support ticket on the website. keep your report clean and to the point, but just calling you a bl**p won't trigger a lot of alarms at LL. .

if it is on a private estate, ask the owner for a sim restart, it will log the avatar off, for mainland you have to contact support if she still is there

normally when your avatar is still inworld you get a message to wait a little doesn't your viewer pop up something? if it's not, try a alt and go to the same location as you were last to see if it's really there also for the webpage... what message do you get. It's not normal to be unable to login for that reason resetting your password never hurts.. and in this case even very worth trying.
