blocking = muting depending on the settings the blocked person will disappear or only show as cloud. You can use it at annoying people, griefers... or just for anyone you don't want to see, contact. As soon you send them one single message the blocking will be undone.. so if you use it, don't fight in IM after blocking

go to the groups abilities in the group profile and uncheck it for all roles except the owner.

as far i know there is no classic avatar logo.... at least not as you see for the mesh creators... just add "classic avatar" to your ad ... thats easiest. perhaps somebody comes with other suggestions

i think it is you donated the land tier to the group, normally it goes down if you own it yourself, but donated land keeps in the group profile. Remove it there first. If you only try to lower it in the accountpage it won't work, you really need to check the donation in the group profile

[editted] thanks for adding that, but thats not all yet what we meant, i'd like to know your graphics,. please edit your post again add the info you can find in the help menu of th viewer. For me it's a bit strange you run a 64b windows on a 2gb machine, the 64b doesn't add a lot to such low ram, even runs slower than a normal 32b version i think, unless you really need the 64b for a special program, but still your ram is pretty low for it. Seeing the low ram makes me a bit fear for your graphics...what might explain the message you get, but thats just guessing now, please add the graphic card too

your account is most likely not hacked, but you gave your login info to some malicious website or shared it. You have to contact LL, send a support ticket without delay

yes of course just set the orbs to a certain scan range

groups tags is provided by the owner of the group, if he/she didn't give you more than one role you will be stuck on one, unless you change group or select "none" If the group is your own, you will need to contact support. Or you could try a total reboot of your connection and system ( will help it's a connection issue) shut down your machine, also router /modem. Restart modem/router, wait till it's totally up and running, than start your machine. if you mean the question different, perhaps clearify or wait till another resident reads it as you meant about the second part... i think you mean rebake textures by ctr/alt/R that doesn't work that well anymore after some serverchanges if i'm not wrong .. you can try richt click and refresh textures sometimes this is a connection issue between viewer and server... the restart as mentioned above might help in this too. If it's caused by some corrupted files in your cache you need to clear that, but take that as last option. if there are other solutions others will certainly post them.

yes ánd no... the ones who are so "clever" to enter their info at malicious sites will do the same as now... happely typing their paswords and other info... Don't forget Hackers, terrorists and other criminals are always ten steps further than implemented software/security. And it's true, there is no hacking, or at least not that we know about. All who come shouting they'r locked out or "robbed " here are phished, sometimes even by their own home mates/family because they are too lazy to enter their pw manually. Some idi*ts, i don't have another word for it, even give their CC or paypal info to others... :"i trust them fully" ( after a week)

Stela, most likely it is that the parcel you want to visit isn't open for visitors under 30 days. Some owners use that restriction to prevent griefers come in with new alts all the time.

accept the tp join the group directly report the owners leave the group do this as often as you can, will take only a minute and if LL gets enough of it they will take it down, i know they did before

it would be more easy to help when you add a little more info... imac with good graphics?... what imac, what graphics? what viewer? You can easy get this info by copy a part of the system info from the "help" in your viewer.

think you should use better images here, it's totally blurred. And thats hiding something pretty important: the item description. I very rarely seen cacha items without proper decription on MP. Yes it uses the same image, because it belongs to a certain collection. If you look for a vase from colelction xyz and the image doesn't show it... it won't sell, a own smaller detailed pic doesn't have the same impact on the buyer as seeing the thing as collection together. I see totally no harm in the way it's presented. Perhaps better keywords in your search will prevent the "issue" you see

That you also mention you never start a talk...or don't initiate contacts.... thats not how things go, relations, in any way,.need work, investment of time, from BOTH sides.

thats why lot of club owners limit the access to payment info used,and/or 18 yrs or older,and/ or 30 days older avatars only. It will perhaps cut down your visitors, but also 95% or more, less griefers.

how about contacting support again?, if right your ticket for recovering is still there, re-open it, or make a new one. Re- open will be most likely faster in responding.
