if you have the email, you can let the system resend the user name attached to it. If it's the other one that comes first, change the email adress on that one and try again.

yes, it is possible and thousends do it, it's just as renting out sims, parcels, skyboxes. I'm not sure the Q & A section is the place to go explain in detail how to do it. In basic it is : you own land, subdivide it, rent out the divided parcels. For a start i'd recommend to use the search box at top of these pages and read related posts in the forum and knowledgebase

as far i know and LL official help says, a muted avatar can send as much he wants, but all items will get lost... from the knowledgebase: When you block another Resident or an object, you cannot: See text chat, hear voice chat, or receive IMs from that person or object. See particles emitted by the blocked avatar or object. Receive items from the blocked object. Likewise, a Resident on your Blocked List cannot hear or see voice or text chat or receive IMs from you. and i tried your ( btw normal proces of creating a notecard, so nothing special nor trick) and it does NOT work in firestorm and if it would work... mute/block has a goal : NOT TO see, hear or get things ... most people would even add derender or start reporting for bothering them.

reset your connection will work i think. close your machine close the router/modem wait a few minutes put on your modem/router and wait till that has fully connected again ( can be few minutes) start your machine relog to sl

Go to your account page click account change email adress there you see your email with some **** but you'll know what it is i think... if that doesn't work, you can try a offline message ( if redirecting to your email is enabled it will arrive there) if that doesn't work, try resetting your password, LL wil send the link to reset it in email. as last ... contact support

as far i know you can not prevent it. But it's really strange you didn't get a notification for the gift.

if you think your account is mis-used you have to contact LL support without delay. check your accountdetails first and in special L$ transactions if that order is really gone by your account..

You have to sell your L$ to get USD As soon that sale is done you can process your USD to Paypal or Skrill.

You can't do a lot about it, groups are always a bit buggy. Clearing cache will not solve it anyway and bring even more trouble as lag because all has to reload new again. If your connection isn't too well, you can always try resetting. Close machine, router/modem ... wait 5 minutes restart modem/router, wait till it's up and running and restart your machine. And choose wired above wifi if possible.

you can not go back to your sign up screen. You have only one chance to enter the birthday. If you want to make sure it is right you have to send a ticket to support, and be prepared to share your personal info, like passport or driverslicense and the info you entered at sign up. But i doubt this is the reason. Many places close their borders for underage avatars ( under 30 days ) and you are only a few days here. So you only have to be patient a bit before you can enter the, mosly adult, places that use the age restriction.

topped up what?... LL does never take money from your bank but always uses a party in between, Credit Card company, Paypal or Skrill. If you try a prepaid or debit card your transaction will most likely fail. If you read the knowledge base about billing you will find more info.

you have to contact LL themself for that, there are no public documents about that in the help sections.

at first LL does very rarely read here, all answers are given by residents as you. The only difference is they know there are things that can go wrong. I am very glad you never had a flat tire without being in front of your garage. That you never had a power failure without having enough electric generators in your barn. That you never were without milk, sugar, coffee or other things you need while stores were closed.... need more? Something simply got broken and had to be repaired. Or do you prefer they wait till weekend is over next time?..SL closed for 3 days....yayyyy what a joy that would bring on the forums, if you sse what a little hick up as this already brings... get a (2nd) life. Maintenance closed.
