it sounds to me as a bake fail for your tattoos/textures. it can be a lot of things cause that.Have a look here for some advice what happens if you don't wear those?... just a little remark, don't listen to "hear others"... it doesn't solve anything. If there are really grid wide issues LL will look at it.

most likely you see the test billing from LL after adding your payment method. That amount will only be reserved and not actually taken, it will be undone in a short time.

check the manual for your weapon?, or contact the seller/creator. there are thousends of weapons in SL... each scripter might have chosen a different channel we are just residents as you and can't see or know that, you should have the manual.. or at least know where you got it.

there is nothing wrong with SL here, but you try to add something that's not accepted as payment option. The knowledge base is pretty clear in that. You need a CREDIT card, skrill or paypal. debits and prepaids will generally be declined because they don't have two way payment options, and no rl connection to a person.

the max fee is $ 15, if you do it with substantil higher amounts you will pay less... once every 3 months will be at most 15 against 19.5 for 3 times monthly. It's no solution, but best option in current model.

not sure if it's the same, but something like that i had on my homestead too. Seemed to me to be a kind of lag. The sim not responding, or at least he viewer did not show all changes i made, but durig relog or being away it applied and showed a slightly different landscaping than while i left.

nowhere .. scripts aren't controlled by preferences. Scripts can be deactiveted for parcels/regions, that don't allow it, in the world/ about land window. Scripts can be made run, by selecting a object, and in the menu build/scrips, set scripts to running Same with resettig and set to not run.

what did the item say / show when you bought it?...ALL buyings show the amount before you buy. Go to your account page, and look where your money went. If you wear a tag just above your name it meant nothing, thats just a group. Only a scripted text or texture will show demo, if it is one. Please edit your post and give a little more details.

if your paypal is verified it shouldn't get declined Same as your CC ... unless it's just a branded prepaid or debit, only real CC are accepted. If it doesn't work you should contact support.

not .. when a group is gone, it's closed. But the name won't come available again. Most easy way is create a new group with a nearly same name. You could try to send a ticket to support, but i really doubt if they allow you to re use the old name.

it's a network issue, the server thinks you do not receive the message so sends it again. How's it on the official LL viewer?...if you'r on wifi go wired.
