  3. i don't know what you are trying to do, but you can log in here, use the same username and pw in the viewer and you will be up and running.....there's nothing else needed.

  5. if i read right you pressed the update button after you seen the authorisation? my questions is why on earth you did that? The system expected some changes after you did that. I'd remove the CC info totally and enter it again as new payment option. Hope that works.   6. there are in fact 3 who you see everywhere. And its often not only a head but complete body. Thank god the worst one is slowly pushed away by a less horrible one, but still.... if you seen one you seen all. All the same muscles, same face, same...all.... the little details that are different don't hide the fact their all from same design. Realize this is only starting in development, as far you still can speak about start after all the time it's inworld. Lot of people already trashed it. It's more limited than the LL standard avatars. with a few mesh additions these still look the best, and give best result in being unique. And of course the price of some is totally insane ... and than nearly all your clothes are useless...

  8. you will indeed first have to release the land. (a)When you are on your land, pick up your stuff. go to "about land" in the world menu at the first tab click "abandon" (b)if you did donate your land to a groupprofile, go to that profile and take your donation away at the land tab. after that go to your account page, choose "account"at the right side and scroll down, than click the membership plan you want. IN this case the basic one. Keep in mind you stay premium till your subscription you paid for ends.

  10. as far i know you can not. A store is personal and connected to your account. You can open a new one and transfer your items to the other account.

  12. if you really want to unbox something you bought and a area is "no rez" simply add the box to your body, choose "edit", go to the content tab, and drag it in your inventory. Most boxes these days are already scripted to wear/touch and copy to inventory
  13. Luc, if LL doesn't take action, perhaps see where you and that other run into eachother. If it's really that bad you can ask the simowner to take action by talking to the other person, or use his estate tools to prevent encounters. The best thing is simply ignore it, responding will only feed the griefer.
  14. earlier this week you had problems with entering billing information, perhaps you triggered some warnings at LL so the look closer what you did. Have a look at your spamfolder, perhaps they asked for explanation.
  15. it means just what it says ... can't connect to a simulater (=sim) 1- try logging to another place 2- if that doesn't help, log off, shut down pc, reboot modem/router, than wiat till modem/router is ready, turn on your pc and restart the viewer ... 3- if those not help... wait patiently and try again in a few minutes... hours...

  19. i really wonder when people finally will stop recommending clearing cache as one of the first options, it should be one of the last, just before clean install.
  20. SL doesn't charge at bank accounts, only CC, Skrill or Paypal. You will have to look at your sl account page to see what happened. Perhaps it is a renewal of premium or tier?
  21. if it's possible try log in on a different machine, if it's not happening there i'm affraid it's your machine and not sl related.
  22. i don't see any graphic details, if you don't have that how will you ever be sure if it's good for sl.
  23. depends what you mean with floating text ... is it a prim with texture, simply return /delete it if it's a text made by a script you have to find the object that holds the script and delete or set to not running.. Somtimes a txt will not disappear after deletion of the script, but there are free scripts around to kill that.
  24. what did the creator/seller tell you? Thats the first one you should contact if the product acts different than you expect.
