    Atmosphere

How about a little seating area to fill up space until you have enough products to replace it?
  2. You have to follow both. The TOS and the Stores TOS as long as the stores TOS does not break the Linden Lab TOS, which in your case, they don't. Linden Lab TOS are the final say, but store owners DO get some say, too as long as they're within the TOS. It's their creations after all, their decision whether resell is allowed or not. If you ignore that you might get in trouble.
  3. Here's the toll free billing hotline in case you had trouble finding it: Toll-Free (US/Canada) 800.294.1067 Long-Distance 703.286.6277 Our Billing team is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Local Toll-Free numbers * France: 0805.101.490 * Germany: 0800.664.5510 * Japan: 0066.33.132.830 * Portugal: 800.814.450 * Spain: 800.300.560 * UK: 0800.048.4646 * Support is in English Only
  4. I'd suggest not allowing your avatar to have any more alcoholic beverages On a more serious note, join the Firestorm support group in Second Life, they have multiple support groups depending on what language you are most comfortable in and they /will/ help you. The groups are incredibly active and any time I had a question I received prompt help.
  5. Asking us why, is like asking the president why Andrew kicked David's shin last week. We have no idea. How could we? As has been suggested, contact the creator of said breedables.
  6. 99.9% of the SL clubs do not make a profit. Most do not even draw even. So your deal isn't a deal but a money sucker for the person who agrees to give you land for free. If this is a quick scheme to make Linden, don't. The golden days of clubs actually making their owner money are long gone and clubs come and go at a rapid pace. New people open them up thinking their club will be a hit, and close it 1-2 month later entirely disenchanted. Seriously, looking into this, and if you do not have Linden to waste /and/ a love for running clubs at no profit...don't do it.
  7. They simply haven't been caught yet. Why are there so many break ins in RL? Some criminals get caught, others don't. Same goes for everything else against the law. Unfortunately, enough people lack higher brain functions and usually justify their law breaking with the horrenderously stupid response of "But others do it, too!" Yeah, like that will hold up in court. Heh.
  8. Here's a very comprehensive overlook for you: http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/How_to_Earn_Linden_Dollars_in_Second_Life Also, best rule of thumb always is, and always will be: If something sounds too good to be true, it most likely is.
  9. There no longer is Age Verification, you will be automatically verified if you input your birthday and it's 18 years or older. If you did enter a birthday that made you an adult and it still doesn't work, file a support ticket, the system sometimes gets glitched, happened with my alt avatar.

    Invisible avatar

Is there any chance you are wearing a full body alpha? Or that you accidently derendered the skin?
  11. You might want to attach some sort of slurl to your post, at the moment people have no idea where to go for more info.
  12. An item must always have one of the three boxes ticked. You can't untick all three at once.
  13. Hi! Would you mind taking a picture of your avatar in the see through shirt and a picture of the shirt folder to see which parts you have equipped? Are you sure you're wearing the correct invisible layers that came with it? With a lot of mesh you also need to adjust your shape a little as well to prevent skin from showing where it's not supposed to. You can't answer to your own question, but you can click on options in the upper right corner of your post and then edit it to add the pictures.

  18. 1. Join the Firestorm support group in SL you /will/ be helped. 2. In your preferences, simply set the Firestorm's viewer UI to Phoenix and your client will look just like phoenix. 3. Before complaining actually go through your preferences. Everything you have issues with is in there. All it takes is 15 minutes of time, and reading comprehension. In fact, you could have fixed all this yourself in the time it took you two write your first post.... But okay, complaining instead of finding a solution yourself or through the proper channels is always easier.
  19. You only have to set the land to a group, not deed it. Once he sets it to a group he has to tick the group box under About Land -> Options -> Build to allow them to rez things on his land, simply wear the group tag and you're good to go. No deeding needed. Edit: Fixed awkward gibberish wording lol.
  20. Well, if you want the animations to actually be good, you *will* have to shell out a good amount of Linden. There's quite a couple good ones on the Market place for 250L a pop, Zambooki makes wonderful full perm animations for all sorts of furniture, however you might consider them expensive, I personally consider them priced well for the work put into them, and no, I do not barf up money in RL. Honestly, Animations are the prime example of "You get what you pay for", so if you would like to make furniture with a varity of high quality poses, you should pay for that quality, or compromise and pay less for a lesser quality.

    Swing Script

Thanks! That, and adding an invisible prim as the root prim fixed all my issues. html and css was so much easier to pick apart than lsl D:
  22. It's under Preferences -> Graphics. Though the higher you set it, the more your client will have to load, the higher the risk of lagging.
  23. Hello there, I've been attempting to make a swing, however I cannot for the life of me wrap my head around the rotations. Right now, the swing swings from left to right, instead of back to forth. I've been at this for an hour and still am no further. I am sure I am missing something fundamental, could anyone point me in the right direction? o.o integer swing=FALSE; float time=0.4; integer steps=12; integer swingDegrees = 10; integer i=1; float swingRad; vector normal; rotation Inverse(rotation r) { r.x = -r.x; r.y = -r.y; r.z = -r.z; return r; } rotation GetParentRot() { return Inverse(llGetLocalRot())*llGetRot(); } SetLocalRot(rotation y) { llSetRot(y*Inverse(GetParentRot())); } default { state_entry() { normal = llRot2Euler(llGetRot()); swingRad=DEG_TO_RAD*swingDegrees; llSetTouchText("Swing"); } changed(integer change) { if (change & CHANGED_OWNER) { llResetScript(); } } touch_start(integer num) { if(swing) { swing=FALSE; llSetTouchText("Swing"); } else { swing=TRUE; llSetTouchText("Stop swing"); llSetTimerEvent(time); } } timer() { float stepOffset=(float)i/steps*TWO_PI; if(i>steps) i=1; if(swing==FALSE && (i==steps || i==steps/2)) { llSetTimerEvent(0.0); SetLocalRot(llEuler2Rot(<normal.x, normal.y, normal.z + swingRad*llSin(stepOffset)>)); } else { SetLocalRot(llEuler2Rot(<normal.x, normal.y, normal.z + swingRad*llSin(stepOffset)>)); i++; } } moving_end() { normal=llRot2Euler(llGetRot()); } }
  24. If you have access to live Chat, you may want to ask them about this asap to rule out a bug/glitch. However if you do not have access to Live Chat you should follow these steps: What to do if your account is compromised Your account may have been compromised if: You can't access your account. You suddenly notice a reduced available balance on the payment source you have on file. If this happens, contact us immediately! If you can't access your account, use the Forgot your login information? link on the right to recover your username and reset your password. Then log in.
