  3. Hallo! Erst mal, mein herzliches Beileid. Zweitens, Linden Mitarbeiter sind extrem wenig im forum unterwegs und beantworten fast nie Fragen. Nun zu deinen eigentlichen fragen: 1) Das transferieren von accounts von einer Person zur naechsten ist per TOS nicht gestattet, es sei denn es ist eine Erlaubnis von LL gegeben wurde, was aber extrem selten der Fall ist. Probier mal ein Support Ticket zu oeffnen um LL direkt zu fragen unter Schilderung der Situation. 2) Du kannst nur Inventar Objekte von einem account auf den naechsten transferieren wenn diese Objekte 'Transfer'-faehig sind. Alle Objekte in deinem Inventar die nur Copy/Mod/No Transfer sind, koennen weder von dir noch von LL selbst auf einen anderen Account transferiert werden. Warum? Weil die Objekte von einem Drittanbieter gemacht wurden und wenn er sagt das ein Produkt nicht transferierbar ist dann ist das so und niemand kann dagegen etwas machen. Das ist das gute Recht des Erstellers. Mit dem Kauf von No Transfer Produkten erwirbst du lediglich eine Lizenz, das Produkt auf dem Account zu benutzen fuer den du es auch gekauft hast. 3) Das transferieren von No Copy/transfer Produkten ist kostenlos. Copy/No Transfer Produkte koennen unter keinen Umstaenden von einem Account auf einen anderen geschoben werden.

If the parcel the activity occurs on has show place in search enabled in their about land, than that is a violation. However, if the land is not set to show up in search, I honestly can't see how they're trying to game traffic if they do not even show up in search, so it wouldn't be a violation. Someone correct me on this if I overlooked something crucial.
  6. Seconding CasperVend. It is easy to use, and their group chat is extremely helpful with staff and caspervend users helping each other. The two times I did have to contact support when group chat couldn't help was via a ticket system through their website and the experience was nothing but pleasing. Help was given fast and professionally. There's also frequent updates and costumers are heard when it comes to suggesting new things for existing products. I have to disagree that the vendors are 'pricy' they're worth every penny and imho, super cheap compared to what you get and he sheer support for it.

  9. The maturity word filter is...ahem screwy at best. There's a few words that aren't 'bad' yet the filter thinks so. Most often the cause for a non adult listing becoming adult is the word "XXS". It's encoured to use words instead of the abbreviation in that case. I know it's stupid, we all think so, alas it hasn't been changed thus far.

  12. For real now. A homestead costs the estate owner $120 per month in tier. That is USD, not Linden Dollars. Any rational thinking person will realise that stating the weekly tier being 0 Linden must have been a mistake. Why would someone rent out a 120 US Dollar homestead to a complete stranger for free? Also, was this by chance listed in a landbook? A hippo tech box? They crap out at times, seen it plenty times that lots show up at 0 Linden, and contacting the estate owner/managers gets that error fixed fast. It's a hiccup in the system, it's not a ploy to draw costumers in. Why on earth would it be!? Logical fault again. Using bait and switch when landlords rely on reputation is the dumbest move they could make, so any landlord with half a brain cell wouldn't do it. I am not affiliated with whatever landlord is in question here, it's either a glitch in their rental system they use (glitches happen) or it was a manually made error, and if that is the case I have to say "Congratulations on whoever made that error, you have proven to be human like the rest of us!" This self righteous attitude is quite frankly, disgusting. You took advantage of what you thought was a killer deal irregardless of the fact that 0L tier on a $120 sim even rang your alarm bells, yet act indignant when the landlord actually logged in and became aware of the mistake. Talking law, you have no foot to stand on citing law here. The tier was mistakenly put at 0 Linden due to a system error or simple mistake. In that case no contract was actually made. Best example. A man wanted to auction his car on ebay and accidently set the starting bid at $4. Someone bid on it, and he withdrew the car from auction. The bidder wanted to sue but guess what? The car owner could keep his car and the auction was voided because it was obviously an error.

  14. 1. I've done so many purchases it's hard to remember that, but as far as I can recall it was a store build for 4,500 Linden. 2. A=4,500L B= 1,000L C= 300L D= See 1. E= Do you mean a complete premade avatar? Or the different parts seperatedly? I never buy prefab avatars but put the different parts together from different merchants. Bonus: I got tons of amazing free things in hunts and as a merchant myself I make sure that my own hunt items are top notch quality in return. When I unbox a hunt gift and it's horrible? Makes me believe the rest of that merchants products are just as horrible.

  17. Even if you add spaces the post doesn't make more sense I'd call that a skill. The one line that did make sense? There's no easy way to earn money in second life. You have to put forth skills and/or time.
  18. Personally I use lola tango's for the fact that most of the clothing designers I frequent offer appliers for them. As far as I know a lot of them also offer appliers for lush breasts. I'm happy with my lola boobs.
  19. I'm looking for a skilled builder to create a store build for me. If you look me up in world, and teleport to my store, you'll see that my current store is a gingerbread house. I'd like the future store to be a gingerbread house as well, however it should be 100% mesh and as low Land Impact as possible.   20. Hmm very strange then, I signed up for the quarterly premium plan in the middle of last year during one of their promotions, and have purchased my mainland plot on november 1st of last year. I've contineously and on time received the e-mails. I can't say I ticked or unticked anything that would have them send me mails as opposed to not when signing up for premium x3 It does seem to be a hit and miss then.
  21. There is no access pass here, SL and IMVU are completely unrelated. Your account is automatically age verified when you sign up and you can enter adult sims as you want, no purchase or pass needed. Using such terminology for other unrelated sites might end up confusing those who want to help you and have no knowledge about IMVU. Just a heads up
  22. That is extremely pecuilar that you got told you were locked out. I've repeatedly forgotten my pw in the past and requested a new one, and not once has it told me I was locked out, perhaps you've missread something in that mail?
  23. Hi there! No worries, there'll certainly be no yelling. Mistakes happen, it's no biggie, we all do them, so congratulations on being human! Are the hairstyles you're trying to put on all mesh? I've had it happen lately that someones mesh simply refuses to show up, a relog usually fixes that. If it doesn't, go to Avatar -> Avatar Health -> Reset default female avatar (Character Test). Also check your Blocklist under Community. In that list you can see all avatars and objects you blocked, make sure you haven't accidently blocked something. You can edit your post with more info if these suggestions weren't helpful, or accept any response that helped as the solution to signal you've been helped and to make it easier for other people to find the solution should they ever have the same problem
  24. I hate the auto subscribers, and each time you're automatically added to one against your will the owners react like you did it on purpose or wanted to. Even got added to one by making a single purchase because obviously, that single purchase meant I was going to come back all the time to buy each and every future release. Hippo Subscribers glitch, too. Two days ago I received an advert from a well known adult store which left me stumped as to why I was receiving it. I have never purchased a single of their items and have never been to their store. I used their support system to ask to be removed, and yesterday, the owner contacted me. She was very kind and told me she'd remove me but then she wrote me that she couldn't even find me in the update group list. I asked her which product I supposedly purchased, she told me it was a lesbian sex bed. It wasn't in my inventory, I was freaking out thinking that maybe my account was compromised. So I looked at my transaction list for the date and time of the purchase and nope, certainly didn't buy that. I told the merchant that and it took her a bit but it seemed that somehow, somewhere my username got linked to that certain purchase made by someone else as it clearly shows in her transaction history. The correct costumer shows up in the hippo list, however the update still goes out to me as when she clicks the name I somehow come up and being a ghost in that list she cannot remove me. The glitch strongly reminded us of the marketplace bug where listings got mixed up between two entirely unrelated merchants. In short, other than the auto add feature of hippo groups they also glitch and spam people who have never been to that store, or purchased a single of their products. Which in retrospect would explain why some merchants get defensive, if this glitch is more widespread than one would think, it would explain why we get unsolicited spam. Perhaps someone else touched the subscriber but our name got linked to it instead. Clearly happened to me in this case.

Due to the different things I create my marketplace vendor images differ greatly, and I've been thinking of using one style for all, however I am clearly out of ideas so I'm wanting to hire a graphic designer who can make me a vendor image. What I am looking for: - 1 Consisten Vendor Image in the following sizes: 700 x 525 & 512 x 512 - Each element of the vendor graphic needs to be on a different layer - .psd format, preferably .psp format - Premade Permissions (Copy, Mod, Transfer) checkboxes with either a green ticked symbol or a red cross. - Vendor template has to be exclusive to me, do not resell it, I receive all rights to it Vendor Template should be neutral, I make everything from poses to full perm textures to candy furniture/landscaping Please contact me in SL if you're willing to do this along with your price.
