It is so frozen it moves inches at a time. My computer is a windows & and is compatible with the program. Can you help me to figure out how to get it moving without the lag?

Under the lag meter is shows red circles for the network and client and it says the client rate is below 10 (possible cause: the draw distance is too high) Can you help me to fix this problem?

I'm not sure how to add memory if need and I was on RLC I don't know if that's related in GB and stuff
