Some questions on this topic: 1. In this world of mesh bodies, is there even a point in making new shapes? Is there a difference in shapes that work on a classic v. mesh body? 2. IF there is no difference, the criteria for an avatar assembly is: body (mesh)-shape- skin. Is this correct? 3. What makes the face look as it does? Shape or skin? I assume shape, with skin being the coloration, but it may be a combination. I know I've bought shapes and when I put them on they look nothing like they do in the ads and require extensive editing. Thank you in advance for any replies.

This was second hand to me, so you may be correct and it was something else. I'm not sure what you CAN be IP banned for.

I know of a DJ who was IP banned for claiming mixes from RL as their own in SL. SOMEONE told LL to deal with it, so I would assume lawyers were involved. Random question: ARE there builders who make USD millions in SL? A quick check in SL.com says to make 1,000,000 RL would require sales of 243,854,482 L$.
