See my next post. And it wasn't THAT big or I would have heard of her. Most of what you see on YT are covers of other artists and it wasn't until 2008 when she made her only album. Other than that she's been a collaborator on other artist's songs. Not exactly a great career. Might have been better had she not been put on the back burner. Granted, she seems to not show any ill will. She is a gracious lady.

Maybe but I've not seen anything official. I will check into it. The issue is that had she gotten proper credit at that time, it is quite possible her career would/could have been far different. Instead there was the impression with the video and promotions that it was someone else. Getting a "Gee, I'm sorry. My bad" 29 years later is a bit late.

That how I interpret the lyrics. Oddly, Crosby got no credit for the song, because she had been brought as a "guide" singer for the recording session. She was later asked if they could use her voice on the official cut. Because she was considered a session singer, she was not given any royalties On the album she is listed as "Mrs. Loud" Bonnie Tyler later chastised Meat for treating Crosby that way. Dana Patrick lip-synced the in the video for the song. Meat promoted the song with Patti Russo. Such is the recording business. Here is Crosby as a solo singer. Apparently she did a lot of covers. Don't think this is one.

To answer the OP: The future is unknown and speculation is senseless and a waste of time. As to roaming the stars, Not until we can beat the speed of light. The Galaxy is (as you noted in a later post) so big that travel to the stars AT the speed of light (C in science) will take centuries to travel the stars. Example: the stars that scientist THINK may have a viable "goldilocks zone" are 2,700 to 5600 light years from Earth. At C that is 2700 to 5600 YEARS to reach these stars. Einstein says we can't go C. We turn into light itself at that point. So, what to do? Nothing. Despite, Science Fiction (which I read a lot) there is no technology that can bypass C. There are theories that are no where near being viable. Mainly for lack of power. dissertation over. Am I scared of the future? No. I refuse to be frightened of something I can't predict.

Far a long time scientist considered there to be only 3 races. White , Black, Asian. Or more scientifically spoken, Caucasian, Negroid, or Mongoloid. Recently, they decided that Australian Aboriginals were a 4th race. But since they say now that the aboriginals came from Southeast Asia, they would be racially Asian. With constant mixing of races that was bound to happen since Neanderthals and Cro-Magnons ( now called "Early Modern Humans" ) roamed the continents, lines are blurred, somewhat. That doesn't change the fact that are only THREE races. If this offends anyone, I apologize, but facts are facts.

Technically, if you believe in evolution, all people in Europe came from Africa some millions of years back.

"European" is not a race. It is a population center of many different races.

Straightforward is fine. Asking outright for free sex is rude and worthy of getting your arse kicked. Inspecting is a solo activity. Complimenting someone is a social activity.

I respond to random IMs if there is the intent on asking or commenting on something relevant. The random "Hi", "How are you?", "Where are you from?", "Want to have sex?", got so irritating I made a tag that said: "Hi, fine, USA, NO!" If people compliment my ava or my outfit, or just ask about things that are normal, I have no problem talking to people.

I have no frigging clue. Sometimes the voices in my head start arguing and it distracts me.
