-a small lightbulb
*and something IN his tophat

Other oddities:

-Casio on a bike chain
-sliding door lock with chain on his jacket
-a ruffle-print t-shirt
-ripped gardening gloves
-a faux "DaVinci" wing on his bicycle that looks like it's made out of a sheet and a pillowcase (?) propped up by a push broom
-a PVC pipe spyglass
