Charolotte Caxton
Hello all. My camera is poised by default slightly behind me and over my head. If I move the camera, when I begin to walk it goes back to being behind my head. Is there a way to lock the camera into position anywhere I want?I use Viewer 2.6.3Thank you
0 LoveAngeL Lyre
Hello Charolotte. Click the View Button, its exactly beside the button we get sceenshots --> click the button with the eye --> Choose Frond View or Side View. With the mouse wheel you zoom in / zoom out. Also, Menu Menu Preferences --> Tab View & Move --> There you can change: a)View angle and b) Distance
0 Charolotte Caxton
Hmmm, those are ok. What I was hoping for was, when I move my camera, I want it to stay where I put it relative to me as I move, kinda like as if my camera were an attachment. 0 Rolig Loon
I don't know about 2.6.3. Phoenix makes it easy. Preferences >> Input & Camera >> Camera View Angle and Camera Follow Distance. There should be debug settings in V2 that do the same thing. Check your debug settings menu.

0 OracleSphere
The quickest fix for this is to reset the CameraOffsetRearViewer which you can do by pressing CTRL+ALT+Shift+S in Firestorm. You can also follow the directions to reset your view for different circumstances here https://wiki.firestormviewer.org/fs_camera Apparently some of these settings get changed when applying other settings. 0 Nalates Urriah
I have seen messages popping up warning I am about to post in a thread not posted in for ### days... When the thread comes up in search I see the notice at the top of the page. If I scroll to the reply window there is a notice just above it.

Yet, apparently, too many people don't both reading that notice or don't care. 6 hours ago, Lucia Nightfire said: LL needs to block necroposting from accounts younger than the age of the last post... Or at least from anyone who's forum account is less than a few months old or those that haven't posted a certain number of posts yet - sort of like how we can't change out title until we hit 500 posts.
