Wow.  You must have purposely sought out this stuff.  I've been in SL over seven years and have had no problem avoiding things I don't want anything to do with, including holier than thou trolls like you who pick and choose from the bible.  What happened to Matthew 7:1-3 "Judge not,  lest you be judged"?  Guess you overlooked that one.

Invited over for the 'your version of following Christ is wrong' chat with a "True Believer" evangelical sort... and she was friendly enough but seemed to be missing eyes and ears... I got distracted and cammed up over her faith center... and found. "the furniture"...

At which point I started thinking... Oh, so 'that guy on the 700 club' uses a female avatar in SL?

Not a bad person, but I found her double-standard distracting from her message.

 

This is reminding me that I need to redecorate the church build I have in SL... (no not like that)

People keep reading that book instead of listening to their pastor, is gonna give them some uppity ideas like 'love your neighbor' (hippy freaks). I believe the modern wording of that is:

"judge them punks first [and preferably with Bubba's shotgun out in the pickup], before they can judge you."

Seems to be what you hear them saying in the news all the time.

Exactly. The one and only "God" Fearing person I have met in SL was obsessed with getting a man and securing a relationship. The various beliefs people have are usually interesting to me until they use them over and over trying to justify their behavior.
