This has been a situation for a very long time. Granted most creators have seen the wisdom in creating nail appliers for Maitreya even though it has it's own unique UV for nails. As far as I know, all the other bodies use a standard UV with just one nail for all five nails on a hand. Maitreya is quite different in that case as each of the five nails on a hand has its own separate area of the UV map. That's why buying Omega appliers for Lara nails was always hit and miss situation.

It fits very well in the treehouse. I used most but not all of the pieces. Very happy I bought the fatpack with everything. You can look up to my previous post to see the pieces inside my treehouse.

It is fancy boho! Boho is probably my favorite style for clothing and furnishings. By the way, the selection of textures for that set is gorgeous. Every pattern is so pretty.

I will be shopping, the ONLY things I will be buying are clothing in LaraX and LaraXPetite sizes. I stopped buying clothing items as soon as I learned there was going to be a LaraX. So I'm super eager to get my lindens out and start replacing my wardrobe. The only other thing that even peaks my interest is a Lelutka sale. We'll see.

I had this happen to me too. A long touch didn't fix the issue. I had to file a ticket. They got it fixed quickly.

I used to take down my shape numbers to a notecard. In fact, I had done that for years. But recently, I don't remember who posted about it, but someone noted that you can save your shape to your computer and then import that shape in the edit appearance menu in Firestorm. I've not written down a single shape number since trying this. To do it, you use the Developer menu, avatar, character tests, appearance to XML and save the shape. I typically save with a name including the day's date and anything unique about this shape from other shapes I may have saved previously. Then create a new shape, edit the new shape, and select import at the bottom of the menu using the shape I've saved previously. This is a game changer for me. I now save my shape anytime I make changes and I know I can get that shape back incase something weird happens, and my shape goes missing from the database. I know this is available in Firestorm. I have no idea if it works in other viewers.

My plan for Debi, as she's the one who uses the Petite, is to run by the shop today and get a link to the redelivery page and save it to my favorites, that way I can get the PetiteX without having to go to the shop after release.

Think I'm just about finished! I only have 37 prims left, so time to stop. I found an amazing set, the Lavish Den, at Anthem from 8f8. It fit the image I have had in my mind since I got my treehouse. I used parts of the Dust Bunny laundry room set to create my kitchen. And tucked behind the Lavish Den screen is my discreet toilet. The view from my deck is pretty enough to paint!

That's an excellent tip. LOL! I didn't think to do that and struggled constantly when making the parts. Duh!

Why don't you ask the CSR for Miss Chelsea. I'm about 99.99% sure that neither the LaraX or the PetiteX were used in the ad photo.

I don't know how many, but I do know of at least a couple of accounts that have been passed to heirs, and those heirs are able to cash out from the account. Unfortunately, since the heirs are not the creators, they typically aren't in a position to actually provide customer service. I don't think this should impact deciding if the products should remain or not. As long as a product is SELLING it should be allowed to remain.

I for one am really happy that there are items in the Marketplace of merchants who have passed on in RL. Those items that are still selling have value for customers, even today, many years after their listing. As long as people want said items, I believe it is in the best interest of the customer base to leave those items available. I do agree that a disclaimer stating that the merchant is no longer active in SL would be a good policy however.

Sunrise has always been my favorite part of the SL day, and it's never been better than inside my treehouse. I don't usually go in for dark and brooding, but I love how this is turning out.

Those seem like they'd fit right into the Logs theme with their Redwood trees.

The 15m limitation is for structures. Trees aren't structures; however, there is NO WAY a tree in the middle of the water is in theme. Surprised it didn't get returned. Perhaps it did and the resident just rerezzed it. I know in the past I've reported a thing or two and the items got returned, but the resident rerezzed the object. Yep, I reported again. I know this about the trees not being constrained by the 15M structure rule, because I specifically asked because I had more than one tree above 15 meters on my ranch parcel.

It's sea level, not floor, as far as I know. Staying within the 15M rule, it's still quite easy to build 3-story add-ons.

I think this is beyond my skill level. It's not hard to emulate geometric shapes, but something as organic as the tree trunk/branches is beyond my limited skills. But I'm super hopeful for @Polenth Yue's bracket fungus! If I do decide to try the glowing vine, if will be a separate piece to go over the shell. So it will be totally optional. At this time, however, I'm more likely to not even attempt it.

Those lines that appear at night over the outside of the treehouse are interesting. I can get my exterior shell to snug in just below that layer, but unfortunately, the shell is then so close to the layer below that it flashes when the camera is pulled out. I'm trying to decide if the effect is interesting enough for me to "copy" the effect for my shell. I'd need a script to activate the layer at sunset SLT. Not sure I have the energy to tackle a script. I know for some scripting is easy peasy, but for me it's like going to the dentist!

Please do!!! I dropped some ivy cause it definitely needs something. Bracket fungus would be sooooooo much better!

In your preferences, go to Move and View tab. If you have unchecked the "turn avatar towards camera direction on reset view" box .. check it. I unchecked this box years ago. I don't like my avatar always striking a pose when I'm in edit appearance. I NEVER use the image in the little box anyway.

I use third party mods in Sims4 to make using the inventory better. Yes, there are pics available but unless you use a mod you only see 3 rows at a time. Finding stuff even with pics in Sims4 is a PITA. You can also use inventory systems in SL that will show you pics as well. They all take work.
