SL is an ongoing learning experience. It's always been that way and always will be. LL isn't going to be willing (or should I say the shareholders/board of directors) to go to the added expense of creating yet another tutorial (albeit a different medium) that will have to updated/changed periodically in order to keep up with new features, etc. especially when what they already have in place is more than sufficient. It's not LL's fault if people are too lazy* to go looking for information that has been available to the general public for many years. As for animation... no, thank you. Reminds me too much of some of the employee "training videos" I've had to subject myself to. Fun is what you make of something, not what someone makes for you. As to the question about registration being harder, you made the statement "Joining SL now is harder". I asked you to clarify that. In what way(s) is it harder now (than it was) to join (aka register)? It was no more difficult in 2009 than it was in 2004. What makes it harder now than it was in 2009, for instance? *I say lazy because that is often the real reason. Sometimes though, it's because people don't know to look.

My 1050 runs SL just fine on High Ultra and it isn't even a Ti. Sounds like you need to reduce some settings since the 1050 is not a high end graphics card.
