Hello Reinhild. Even you send a teleport to someone being in an adult region and he comes, isn't sure that he has age verification. He could be just "Account Verified" having "Payment Info on File". Try to move in an Adult region where the estate owner restricts the access only to residents who are verified with Age Verification and invite there the resident you want to check.

Hello Bluesky. I had problems with my web profile in past, 2 times what i wrote deleted but it was fixed after a while. I have read here many other users with similar problems. Maybe try to relog and move in a region with less lag. I think it is something temporal and no reason to worry about that.
