    That was a collaboration between dust bunny and Consignment. You can probably get it at either store, though the L$50 offer was last Friday and I would imagine it's full price by now. Worth it, though, because it's totally cute and it does ride well.

    That's exactly why I am using a Winchester. I love balconies, and there is sunrise-facing ocean behind my Linden house, so that was the obvious option for me!

    Right, we must have public access set in the land box. You can use an orb and the ban list for security. In your case, it looks like you had your land set to group access only, though the land box, and that is no longer allowed (it creates ban lines when you do it that way).

    Shoot, I wanted to be able to say "in before the complaints!" but I am too late. Anyway, thanks for allowing people to use their own (properly set) orbs, since 5 LI is a bit high for a security orb. I don't plan on using one myself, but if I ever do, I don't want to give it that many of my precious LI allowance.

    Agreed. I've seen complaints (justified, IMO) that people have 0 seconds orbs set, but no complaints at all about perverts, peeping toms, etc. The only "troublemakers" seem to be the Bellissaria residents. lol Side note: Am I the only one who spells the continent name differently each time they type it? Hopefully I get it right now and then!

    Considering the demands and complaints about the shortage of homes, I'm guessing that orbs are not at the top of the priority list at the moment. I'm sure we will get an update when they have time to work on them.

    Oh I just remembered a good place for underwater things: Inochi Botanicals. They have schools of fish you can buy that aren't temp rez.

    From the product description, I believe you get fish that you can rez in the water BUT you could also choose (if allowed) to use them in their anti-lag rezzer. To be safe, you might want to go take a look at them in world, or message the creator, but I think if you rez them, then each fish is 2 LI. Reading other reviews, these fish may be too small for anything other than an aquarium. Definitely look in world first!

    This entry, by Jeremy Linden in the Knowledge Base, seems to say the opposite: that checking these means those on the outside of your parcel cannot hear you. You can still hear them, I believe. https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/parcel-media-r41/ Sound: Restrict gesture and object sounds to this parcel - Enabling this means an avatar needs to be on this parcel to hear gesture and object sounds originating from within it. This is useful if you have environmental ambience like birdsong and don't want to disturb the neighbors, or if you have an Adult-rated establishment and prefer that passerby don't hear sexually explicit noises. As cautioned above, maturity ratings take precedence.

    That's the only explanation that makes sense for why my comments about the use of a 0 seconds orb earned a reply about scripting. lol

    Why would you assume that the owner did not use the orb's menu to choose the warning time? I have never once had to mod a script to pick the settings I wanted for an orb. (Just for funs, I just looked at an Alyssa orb. First of all, it's full perm. Secondly, there is indeed a menu that allows you to pick a warning time.)

    Not sure what you are trying to get across here, but again, I stand by my opinion that a 0 seconds warning orb is rude.

    This! This is starting to remind me of little kids at Christmas, when no matter how many nice gifts they get, they rip the paper off them all then cry "Is that all???"
