    You are correct and we've complained about it multiple times. LL chooses to not do anything to change it though.

    Ditto - my huskies never even attempted to get onto the table or counters. However, they would definitely nab anything left on the table or counter that was within read of their head, while still keeping all feet on the ground. They also never tried to climb or jump over the fence, which I heard some huskies do. One of them did dig under our chain-link fence into the neighbor's back yard once. The only other aggravating thing they did was lead us on a merry chase whenever they managed to get loose. Dancing in place as we crept closer to them and then taking off again when we got within a foot of them. They definitely viewed it as a game. That was in their early days, before we finished all of the doggy school to train them to come and stay on command.

    Only in some cases. In this case, the photo of the item indicated that it should have a Hat, but when Sascha put it in the 60L sale, it was just the dress and gloves. So I added a notecard to the folder about why there was not a hat there.

    There is a comment about that in Inara's post for the latest Firestorm fix. Not sure if this applies to your issue, but the comments are below. A NOTE ON INVENTORY UPDATES Both Firestorm 6.6.16 and Firestorm 6.6.17 include numerous Inventory updates. some of these see changes in inventory service communications with the viewer, designed to correct a long-standing bug wherein some deleted items became orphaned from the inventory folders and thus invisible. However, with the fix these “orphaned” items may now be randomly restored to your Lost and Found folder – which may require checking and clearing as a result.     Oh - I actually have that exact dress, but without the hat (my notes say I bought it at a 60L sale and that the sale item did not include the hat). The picture stored with the outfit is the one with a white upper and black lower, so I thought that was the one I had at first.

I do not remember the specifics, but there should be some option on the Paypal page to "verify" the account. Then log out of your SL Dashboard and log back in again, so that it checks Paypal fresh.

    Yes, the SSDD version is Same S**t Different Day. The SSDS version is simply modified to be Different Store.

    Ahh, perseverance pays off. I finally managed to get enough time over the holiday to do the Snowflake Hunt. I missed the Halloween Boopies and I'm not Premium Plus, but I've got 5 of them now.

    It is random. Often for some holidays, but not much in between. Next holiday that will likely bring some new names will be Valentine's Day.

    The "available" is based on the radio button that you have checked on the Land Use fees, bottom of page. It just means that you agreed to pay for that much if you actually own it. You can always decrease that radio button selection.

    We used to host an annual party every fall. We started early and continued late into the night, in order to accommodate various schedules for people. We would typically have 100 or so people attend, throughout the entire thing, though seldom more than about 50 in the house at one time. My husband is very extroverted and he loved mingling with everyone. It was a big chore for me to plaster on the smiles and be a proper hostess, trying to to chat with everyone at least a tiny bit. It usually took a couple of days afterwards to mentally recover. We haven't had one of those since the fall of 2019, before Covid. I don't think we are going to restart the tradition.

    Because LL makes the rules and that is what they decided. Yes - one of the options when you go through the process is no last name (or 'Resident' actually, since that is the true default)

    We did not have turkey this past Thanksgiving, but were starting to run out in the freezer, so we decided to have turkey for Christmas dinner. Well, the next 2 days are supposed to suck, weather-wise, and my husband smokes the turkeys, so we are having our Christmas feast today. The smoker crisps up the skin to hold most of the juices in, so even the white meat ends up being juicy. I don't even like oven baked turkeys anymore.

    I actually would not be surprised if their employment rules dictated no risque activity on their Linden/Mole avatars - other than possibly with each other.

    @Patch Linden, @Abnor Mole, @Quartz Mole - Blog post for the Winter Wonderland does not give an end date for the Snowflake Boopies Hunt. Is the ending date Jan 1, like the Shop & Hop? Or earlier/later?
