Don't let it die please,

Salty went out exploring tonight for the first time with her LAQ head and new clothes. I never tire of Lutz and nor will she...........We may go there tomorrow together...

When I started here I wanted to get it right and so mostly I took it steady. I made one or two blunders early on with clothes and especially shoes, shoe bases and alphas, but I made it through. The main reason I learned was from the help in the forums, which is invaluable. I've also learned a lot from friends in world, some of it probably better not learned!! When I talk to newbies inworld I always tell them to take it slow and ask...... I've done ok. But there's plenty I don't know........

I know I haven't been here that long, but nobody has asked me for money.....*sad face*. Whereas in the RL city, I get it all the time.... *annoyed face*...

I'd like to properly introduce Salty my Alt..........She's my kid sister, and her name, Sally Newell, was misheard at school so she became Salty from then................... I look after her for now because she doesn't have any money.....haha! As an aside, I'm very impressed with LAQ....very impressed indeed. Here she is..........after a day's hard work on the sliders, and a shedload of L$....but well worth it!

We should do a "me and my alt" photo session!!!!! I'm not quite ready yet though...........but it would be fun.........

I'm nearly there with Salty now. I grabbed Aida. Piper and Vera at Lelutka, but my shortlist is now LAQ Leia (Favourite), and Lelutka Chloe, awaiting slider work............ Here's Leia after slider work, and she's got the look I want....sweet and innocent....haha! See what you think...... Obviously some new hair and make up will move her on further!! But I'm pleased with her like this,

I had something different to this yesterday but equally worrying. I was trying to move my Lara hud away from the upper left corner using edit. I don't know how I managed it, but the hud became a 3D object linked to my Avi and a few feet in front. It would still edit and rotate, but was unuseable, and I couldn't restore it. It came back the same. Obviously I panicked, but decided to get a redelivery, and this fixed it. I deleted the original hud............Phew!

To avoid corrupting the innocent

Finally Lelutka Spencer..........I need to sleep on this.I must be getting better at it because I can rag through a lot of heads in no time now, and they all look good from the box. Whereas when I was doing this for me.....I had a lot of trouble getting them to look good........SO....I think LAQ Leia is my front runner, but the sliders may say otherwise............ I hope this has been useful for any of you out there thinking about the same!!!! Soon as I can I'll work Stella, Leia and Chloe on the sliders................and see what comes out!

I'm on a roll.....here is LAQ Athena from the box......not as "kid sistery" as Leia........ She looks like a tough cookie, but is up thee with Stella, and Leia............

Moving on down to three from LAQ, First is Leia....OMG she's a cutie alright. For the benefit of those who know less than me......... The LAQ HUD and skins are separate. Leia is a front runner along with Stella.........again from the box......

And the third of my Mayreal demos....Aria. Older looking than Olivia, but I think Stella gets it so far............. But all three are amazingly good from the box!!!!

With the prospect of having Salty as my full time companion....yeah weird I know.........I'm demo-ing heads. THIS is Mayreal Stella, from the box, no slider work...........she's lovely already..........Hair is rezology Sylph but this is likely to change............. As someone said, the hud is multiple but I think I can work with it................. Slider work will follow but I have more boxes to open......... BEST part of SL by miles...................................................
