I spent way too long just now playing with Windlight and shadows at Lutz. BUT the best shot is quite good in the end. I also found a new friend who goes there to take photos for her flickr and carries a gun.......what a small world........so one quick costume change later and Agent Smith joined her for a quick photo............another enjoyable chance meeting, thanks to Lutz. I'll meet her again and she might join us on an Angels shoot sometime......

I was so uninformed that I used my name and last name initial, just like on my other forums. Never gave it a thought.

Salty's shadows assignment took her to Charleston Heights and of course Lutz...…….. We think we have the hang of this now!!!!!!!!! But obviously a lot more still to come in the days ahead!

So today I sent Salty out to learn about shadows. She dropped in at Zennessa's place (Charleston Heights) where there are loads of places for photos...…….. Oh and she did some painting at the school of art there, as well as visiting a familiar place...…………………. A productive session on all counts!

I dont think you can generalise about the SL experience. I put my toe in the water as a complete ingoramus and expected nothing. Being curious and a bit OCD helped me along. After a few days it clicked and I found the world which matched my needs. Nothing fancy, just having fun. A series of test or quests to get in would have stopped me completely. This place is for art and creativity and relaxation. A small number of people here ( The Forum and in world) have made it such a delight to log in.

People who crash my apartment without being invited when I'm there. Happened again today. 99% are guys. Gotta get the orb checked out as I lost menu access today.

Cold shoulder

The "players" are only here to make out with girls, and they swarm around the adult beaches and some clubs. The long standing vet players are some of the worst, being arrogant beyond belief. But when I'm in the mood for sparring I'll take them on until I've had enough. They're often well crafted avis but with a bit too much Alpha male going on. Some of the most engaging guys I've met have been basic avis and quite new. Some have been utterly charming. But there's more fun to be had out with the girls. Better conversation and interaction, and lasting friendship. And lots of photos.

So I got Salty some posh hair to go with her gown(s)……..yeah I know! Rezology Wanderlust. I stayed with Rezology for weeks in my early days, and still have a soft spot for their hair. This hair really brings out the 'family resemblance'. Salty is very pleased!! Third image is Rezology Wikillectual……..also lovely!!!!!!

I see it as providing therapy to the needy. In some cases very needy. To be honest this doesn't happen often, and had he said it was his place I wouldn't have gone, so his dishonesty wrecked any prospects. But I'm curious and just go along with it until I've had enough. When he'd gone I scoped the place. Big house, not much furniture. One bedroom, no bathroom, so typical SL guy. The bed was as accomplished as I've seen. Multi user and massive options...………..Yeah I'm open to awards any time!!!. My best gf calls me Saint Belinda...…...hehe!

I had a selection box last week. Starting with "want to hang out" Me "don't mind" "Want to dance?" Me "Where? A club?" "I know a beach".............. ok so I play along.......he sends a tp..........it's his place....on a beach I grant you. We dance a while. He asks if he can dance naked. I agree but "any funny business and I'm gone" . Biggest balls I've ever seen flailing around...... "Can I see your butt?" ......No "Show me your breasts?" ......No A bit more chat follows....all leading to sex. I'm just about to bail when poof...without a word he's gone. No further trace. Fleetwood Mac........ Players only love you when they're playing........

It's one of those images which draws me back for another look. The outfit is extraordinary on its own but that dance is beautiful, and without jerkiness. It's very hypnotic. Very few images have that power, but when they do.....Mmmmmm! Makes me want to join the line!!!
