  1. Agree with everything you said and laughed so much at David Mitchell...that was great video, Celestrall
  2. Thats a great building...make a nice office/home (if scaled down) in sl Good luck finding a builder.
  3. Why come out of the woodwork just to criticize Dillon...thought you didnt like drama! Dillons advice was not only correct but helpful solution for other problems that will crop up for the OP.
  4. Thats law is ambiguous but in one way it leaves the option open to free will. You can wear what you like but beware of the consequences. Roche Runo wrote: .................... Canada has strong hate speech and hate crime laws. but our laws are based on the end result. You can wear a shirt with a swastika on it. But if you cause harm to someone based on the your belief in the what the sybol stands for you will be proscecuted. So you can wear a shirt that says i hate gays. But if you harm one and they find that shirt you will be charged with hate crime.
  5. I just had to look up what DP might be .....
  6. You handled the situation just right. You didnt get emotional or let your own thoughts influence your negotiation and you were polite and gave everyone a chance to give their view. What other people chose to do was up to them.
  7. I might try that too. I once messaged designer wanting the same hairstyle with out hat, for times I wanted to take hat off (but she didnt answer). I was willing to buy again just to get it too. I will check if I can make copy first before attempting to make changes. Hat hair is so difficult. I need to attempt editing hair one day, but I will need help.

Im very happy with my 'Lara' especially with her feet and hands. Well especially her feet as I dont change height now when wearing heels and so easy to walk around bare feet too. And you dont have to buy shoes from Maitreya ...lots of cheaper ones in marketplace now and more designers are making for this model.
  9. Astarte Lectar wrote: Hi sweetie, I had exactly the same problem...tried everything like you, but one day a passing girl said i should check I had the Maitreya Alpha on. I checked and i didn't! *duh* So, I adde Yes...thats what I thought too but I noticed in her photo (the second one next to her avi) that it said...mesh body-alpha

  11. lol ...like the prank calls by Bart Simpson. Well known Australian DickSmith released a new brand of matches called dickheads (similar to the brand redheads) ...they selling well. btw ...he is now wanting to stand for parliament.
  12. Roche Runo wrote: Cheating is self defined if you think it is then it is And so...if you think its not! Does that mean its not?
  13. Nice to hear about good people in SL.... and good reminder to organise whats to happen to our stuff....if we are to pass on.
  14. Roche Runo wrote: As a former male escort myself maybe i can enlighten you The male escorts job is to entertain you. To be there for your every whim without question. You set the fantasy (and sometime where) Want a cop? A fireman? A Cowboy? and best of all no string attached. And it isnt just sex. There is coversation, laughter and some times we are just asked to hold them. Some of the payment goes to club where the escort works. ANd man the tips are usaylly in the 1000's But tipping is option hope i anwered your question I have one question about the tipping... so if its optional, can a guy work and not get paid at all? That seems tough.

  17. I love names and reading car number plates in rl. Some people are very clever in the creation of their sl names. Lucky though, I dont have to pronounce them out loud. The eyes recognise and read them fast. Sounding them out takes much longer and sometimes I dont bother Though, I feel so sorry sometimes when a hostess or DJ have to greet some people with long awkward names. My own name gets mispronounced and I answer to both Cherry and Cheri and sometimes Cher
  18. Ive been to your place ....Berlin in the 1920s. Was very impressed.
  19. Im NOT but I do look at others sometimes. The reason Im not is limited time getting around the places I do have. Flickr is good enough for me to post/keep photos of places Ive been and also find urls others have been...though Im not so good at posting them on my photos.
  20. Of course it is a discussion forum. Just that to most people who are regulars, most things have already been discussed so until something of interest turns up we just dribble on.

Spinwilly Saiman wrote: Yes, there are a lot of willing offers from countless men but a vast majority of those experiences may be inferior to a paid escort who has mastered the art of virtual sex in both visual and cerebral domains............. So you saying , it might be educational benefits then
  22. I found you one...not that Ive tried it. Just saw it in passing
  23. For a while I use to enter competitions like 'best in black' etc and then saw the way voting went, so stopped worrying about it. Another way I see contests run is to have 'people pay to vote' ...not sure who gets this L$'s but seems dodgy to me also. The thing I do like about the contests though is avis getting into the theme, that is fun.
