It's a place for discussion, I don't endorse rude behavior but I can see when someone starts drama over nothing. Move on and enjoy your time here. The saying "what happens in the forum, stays in the forum" I made that remark meaning if you have a problem with a poster USE the PM button deal with it that way. @Ren, why should someone be followed in world aand whine about a forum post? If someone did that to me I would mute that person right after I saw their IM was a complaint. Anyone can read what they want into the OP's post but IMO he didn't' give details, didn't name names, didn't start the post to whine he posted to discuss when a person from the forum follows you in world to complain about a post when they can privately contact you in the forum. The forum is for discussion, In world is for what you chose to do and should not be bothered by a forum poster. The person that responded to the OP is the one who brought the drama and then got very defensive when the replies didn't coincide with his reasoning and started inserting words that were never typed. My posts never said all the things that person said I did. Read them again. edit: I wonder what the PM option and also the blocking another user option is for on the forums.....

You always have the option of copying your transaction history to excel or even wordpad, then you will have your monthly records. As both posts state above, maybe the merchant can look up your transaction, send the notecard. It also does take a lot to store residents personal records when we are able to make copies ourselves. it gives you the option right on the page. Hope you get this resolved.

Thank you. If someone wants to talk private then use the PM option here in the forum. To go in world about a forum post is really harassing. We have all been guilty of coming across rude, no one is perfect. To get that upset about a post rude or not isn't healthy. Yes move on and maybe happy, you said it!

Hi Pari, I can't see the image on your web site, but I can view the image on the Flickr site. the only thing I can think of (years of doing ebay and my own image hosting and custom pages) is that with your domain you may not have the picture set to "public" I have made that error before and same with Flickr, there are many photo permissions on flicker. Make sure you have the image sized to sl specs I wouldn't trust them sizing it for you it will probably cause an error. Also make sure that your slur to your sim is correct because that may do something odd, sl has its own mind sometimes and I am wondering if because today is Tuesday with restarts, things go wonky. Try and see again if the permission is set to public on your own site and that Flickr settings is allowing the pic to be hosted outside of Flickr.

It could possibly be your email client, this happened to a lot of people in SL over the past few months. I know that when Hotmail when switching over to Outlook people experienced this problem over a period of time. The SL offlines don't even go to your spam folder. I believe some had problems with yahoo mail too. I would suggest trying a different email with another email service and update your Prefs as Trinity said. Hopefully this will fix your problem.

Yes, this has happened to me twice, PayPal was charged, no Lindens. It was credited to my USD, redo the transaction and it will automatically take it from the USD balance.

That has happened to my as I customize all of my AO's. You may want to try and reset the scripts while you have your AO rezzed on the ground, not sure of the viewer you use but I would assume it's under the build menu. Edit the AO go to build, then reset scripts. Rename and take a copy back into inventory. Make sure you reload the notecard you edited when you attach your AO.

You have to have an image hosting service, such as flickr, photobucket, your own ISP if they have picture hosting, etc. and put the picture URL in the proper field. If you look at the picture What I have circled in red you click on to get the white pop up window where you fill in all the information about the destination you want to submit.

Are you wearing tattoo layers? If you are and if you are multiple ( up to 5 you can wear) I would try removing them all, rebaking your avatar a few times.. wait and see if your avi rezzes, it may take a few minutes, then reapply your tattoo layers one at a time. This happenes to me sometimes and once I remove them I see my avatar, rebake and re add them.

Rolig is correct. I would crash often, for no reason, no heavy attachments, no crowded areas and when I connected my computer to the router no longer a wireless connection I have not crashed in over 5 months since I changed my connection. edit: I didn't mean to say the other replies were wrong, it's just that fixed it for me instantly. You should post your specs here and maybe try a different viewer as suggested. Some viewers are "lite" run better on computers that may not handle the latest versions of FS or the official viewer.

LL knows what's going on trust me. I would stop posting for my friend.

My concern is I’m at a bit of loss for what she needs to be doing to get this worked out. So far SL is saying their valid and she needs to pay, I can respect that from a business point of view, but I can personally attest that she never made those charges and that these are the result of some form of malicious activity. So my question to you all is what can I do to help her out or what avenues should be looking into? She has tickets open but so far they’re not budging on their stance with this as of yet. We have provided all the information we can thus far to try and make our point but I’d like to maybe see what other options to consider. Thoughts? If your friend's 1st account was locked or put on hold then she should not have made a second account. Have you signed into this new account of hers to see if there is no bank info or transaction history? If her 2nd account is not connected to her 1st as an alternate then LL and your friend knows more than you do about this and your friend may not be telling everything to you. I am sure that LL takes account hijacking pretty serious and they just don't go on the same IP address for taking action because that is certainly not accurate. The avenue she should look into is what she did and come to terms with whatever she did to have this happen. It is so highly unlikely that after a persons account is compromised that a 2nd account they created was compromised too. If she had financial issues with her 1st account why would she NOT want to wait to get a resolution and find out what happened with ere bank account. Sounds very odd to me, I would not just go "oh well my money is gone, moving on to a new account" that's just strange. Mainland sims have no Estate Manager option? Maybe called Region Details, also the place where you set the different textures to certain ground level heights?
