When a product is sent from a Magicbox, the magicbox can send IM to the owner of the magicbox (option) but I don't think something sends IM to you when a product is sent via DD. I don't have a record of it under my transaction history on Marketplace either Do you mean it doesn't appear in your Transaction history (https://marketplace.secondlife.com/merchants/put your store # here/orders) but it appears in your transaction history on your dashboard (https://secondlife.com/my/account/transactions.php?lang=en-US)? To set or change the covenant for an estate, simply drop a new notecard into the Covenant box in the Covenant tab of the REGION/ESTATE window. You don't have to ask the skin creator. I've never been asked. lol

Create a new folder and name it what you want to call it, open another inventory window, and drag the top, pants and the prim skirt to the newly created folder. Done!

Are you wearing a mesh avatar and try to wear system layer shirts by any chance? If so you can't wear them. You can wear prim shirts or mesh shirts though. I think we need more info to figure out your issue. Click on Options button in the upper right corner of your post and select Edit to add info.

I was afraid of that possibility, so I make sure that each folder has all the contents which it should have when I drag the folders into merchant outbox. Did you check the contents of that item on Manage listing page? To do so click on "Actions" and select "View Contents".

You don't have to unpack your boxed items but if you don't want to hear some customers complain it's not as advertised, you might want to edit "Usage Requirements" on the Edit Item Listing page of each product because it says ; Use It Now This item will be delivered directly to you or a friend in Second Life, unpacked and ready to use. No land or sandbox required.

Agreed. I think most users on the forums are English speakers who are using their viewers in English, so there seem not so many people reporting this issue, but basically it should be affecting lots of people who use their viewers in their own language but don't come to the forums.
