  2. First check your order history; Viewing your order history You can see what you've purchased in your order history: Log into the Marketplace. Click My Marketplace > My Account. On the left, select Order history. You can also check other account-specific information here. Since the vendor told you the order was pending, I guess you'll see it says Order Status: being delivered or something like that. So your money will be most likely refunded after 8 hours of your purchase.   3. @Faye : I didn't give the link to their MP store cuase I didn't see my stuff there. lol I went to their in-world store, joined their group so that I could grab the group gift, took a picture of the gift giver and made a LM for documentation. I didn't know the twitter feed. @Emma : Thanks. You are sweet.

  5. Hmm, it's just me but I don't see such a big difference between them, I mean the original (700 x 525) on the marketplace and the one uploaded on Imageshack. All the images uploaded to the marketplace are converted to jpg, so it's enevitable they are deteriorated due to the compression and resizing, but when you click on the image (460 x 345) to see larger image (original size, 700 x 525), it looks just fine to me. So if you upload it in the dimension of (460 x 345), it won't be resized, so you might be able to get a sharper image, but you'd have to give up showing a larger image when clicked in stead.

This step can often fix routing issues and other connection-related problems. Someone sharing the same IP address as yours might have something ARable and you are just getting involved.

Short-term blocks (less than an hour) may be the result of inappropriate behavior inworld. Longer blocks are typically the result of abuse. You will be unable to use Second Life until the indicated time; if that is more than an hour away, you will receive an email from the abuse team on the matter. Be sure to check your spam filters. Linden Lab is unable to remove administrative blocks for abuse. So did you check your mailbox?
  9. I think it's normal because to get mesh upload status you need PIOF or PIU.

  13. Try clearing browser cache, try different browsers. Also you could file a support case (https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/). Select Marketplace, then General Marketplace Issues and describe your issue. Also there is a JIRA for the same problem you are experiencing here. https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/WEB-4377? I wonder if they could sort it out, though.
  14. If you left that group while ago, you may have to wait at least 24 hours for update. Or rejoin the group and opt out of group notices; To stop receiving notices from a group: Open the group profile. In the General section, deselect Receive group notices. You will no longer receive group notices nor get the associated emails.   15. Mine are from MB skin (Mirca Bekkers). I have lots of the eyes from them. My other favorites are Amacci, Umedama Holic and so on. My issue with sl eyes in general is the white of the eyes are bit too light and irises are bit too large. Some creators make the irises and pupils longer than they are wide to cut down the psycho stare. lol

  18. Check your listing enhancements report on the left side of your merchant home https://marketplace.secondlife.com/merchants/store/dashboard?lang=en-US . There you see each enhancement's performance (impressions and click throughs). If it shows 0 impression, then you should file a support case (https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/). Select Marketplace, then General Marketplace Issues and describe your issue.

Change your login location By default, you always login at your last location inworld; You can also set your login location to be your home and whether to display the option in the login screen. To set these preferences: Start Second Life. At the login screen, go to Me > Preferences. Click the Generaltab.   25. Unfortunately you can't restore what you deleted from your trash bin. If you remember where you bought that item and it was no trans, the seller might help you with redelivery if they keep sales record.
