Children of the sort who will abuse the Report tool in an effort to get said words scrubbed a bit more thoroughly (be it through targeted post deletion or thread deletion via mod intervention). Children of the sort who might carefully construct their responses so as to remain within the ToS if called out on them but are quite certainly taking a swipe at others.
