So I found soooooo many poses i love. from walks, to sits to runs. I've yet to find the ''perfect'' bundle.

I always find the perfect sit and walk, but ugly run. or perfect run and crouch but ugly walk. Not calling anyone's work ugly or unfitting. I just found it might be harder but more satisfying to make my own pack? I'd assume you could considering lots of places allow you to buy just the one thing instead of the whole AO bundle

If you're using the Firestorm viewer, it has a built in AO...

I don't know the specifics, but I believe @NiranV Dean ranted a while ago on discord about how the build-in AO causes a lot of unnecessary lag by sending all the animation parameters to the server when you switch a pose.

So naturally.. I'd opt to give this a try: https://marketplace.secondlife.com/p/NirAO-Server-Side-Animation-Overrider/6310433. It worked flawless for me thus far (Plus you can take it off once it's loaded, and it's lightweight as hell and it's UI (in contrast to some AO makers) isn't intrusive.

Which is great if you're adept at configuring notecards which, after 13 years, I'm not nor care to be.

I've used an empty Akeyo AO for years.  Drag and drop animations, no note carding required.  Same as the Firestorm AO.

You can buy a Zhao II AO on MP for zero Lindens, and then configure it yourself. Fiddling with AO notecards is pretty annoying, but simple enough. It wouldn't take you long to figure it out. I haven't tried this specific offering, but it looks like it would work and even has instructions:

One of the nice things about the Zhao II AO (used to be, at least) is that the source code was there.  (The scripts were not no-mod.)

The really old one was before the LSL function llSetAnimationOverride() though, and that function makes writing AO's a snap.

I prefer to use the Firestorm built-in AO.  I have used it since it was offered in the viewer.  I don't like anything mudding up my screen, therefore I have absolutely zero huds on my screen when I am out and about.

I've never found the perfect prepackaged AO for myself in all my rezzed days.  I find that putting together your own AO is the best AO for oneself.  I amassed a collection of animations from various places and choose the favorite ones to put into an empty AO, such as Zhao or NiranV Dean's, and edit the notecard.

Boom, done. Works well for someone who doesn't use Firestorm.
