Its finally here. The  Wedding of Riot and Kalia  will take place on the  Bellisseria Fantasy Community Center region release  this coming Saturday.

Wedding Date: Saturday, November 6, 2021

Time:  11:00 a.m. - 5 p.m. slt |  Ceremony begins at 12 noon slt.

Location:  Bellisseria Fantasy Community Center Region 
(Landmark to this region will be provided Saturday morning, the day of the wedding, at 11 A.M. slt)

Second Life Voice Activation: 

During the ceremony only, you'll need to have your SL voice activated.  Halzel Lightworker will be speaking during the ceremony vows and the bride and groom will respond with text type in local chat. We politely request all friends and guests to listen in, but not talk in SL voice during the ceremony. Only Halzel will be speaking in SL voice during this time. We ask that you please mute your microphones. Thank you all.

We are also celebrating the release of the Fantasy Community Center Region and blessed to do so with our wedding.  We are asking guests to embrace the theme and choose fantasy attire for the wedding.  If you do not wish to dress fantasy of course formal attire is welcomed.  We are doing our best to prevent the region from crashing during the wedding and making sure that all of us can see each other.  We deeply appreciate your cooperation and all Humans, Elves, Gnomes, Trolls, Orcs, and Dwarves etc. are welcome.

Details: Please keep complexity under 100k. Remove all extra AO's and animators. Please keep scripts to a minimal.  We ask this one and it is the hardest one for us to ask. Please no over sized avatars, high script, or high complexity Avatars.  We have limited resources and space on the region.  Due to their high complexity and resources large creatures take a lot of resources.  Yes we would love to have a Dragon Guard for our wedding but we all need to be able to move during the wedding and celebrations after. So please no dragons. If you are a dragon we look forward to celebrating with you in your human form.

This ceremony is designed to be personal, intimate and inclusive of our guests with us, for all to enjoy. Please read over the two images below to help assist you to participate in the ambiance of this union.

Details:  When you arrive at the Fantasy Community Center Region, please head towards the wedding ceremony area.  The small tables holding the Wedding Branch Gift are placed at the entrance of the ceremony area.

Guests should stand on the sides of the wedding walk.  Please do not stand in an area past the doors with the tree. Please try not to block the tree archway, this will be used for the bride to enter when the ceremony begins.  Also, please read the information on the image regarding the Wedding Branch Gift to be used during the ceremony.

Details:  We wanted to find a way to include all of you in our special day.  We also wanted all of you to have a keepsake to take home.  So we ask that you be our Flower Honor Guard and hold a special gift during the wedding. Attach your Wedding Branch, when instructed, which will be named "Flower Honor Guard" when the wedding ceremony begins.  If you do not have the Wedding Branch, then click on the signs at the entrance with the picture above and accept the item.  When the wedding ceremony begins, attach the Wedding Branch. This will be held during the entire ceremony and a special 1 time magical surprise will take place.♥

We do expect lag and have created this notecard to assist you in the best way possible to enjoy the wedding and see it as intended.

We've put this notecard together for our wedding guests to help them preset up the best settings to help you gain the best performance for this wedding event. These settings are for the Firestorm viewer but you can take the information here and apply some if it to your SL Viewer as well.

The wedding is a medieval-fantasy wedding that will take place on the newly released Bellisseria Fantasy Community Center region.  The Bellisseria Community Center regions tend to be graphics intense for your viewers and graphics card, due to the fact that our beloved moles use the higher standards of meshing and LOD, which gives us these beautiful community center regions with the finest detail you'll find in Bellisseria and Second Life.

When a region is filled to the maximum capacity of avatars, this will cause client side lag and we're expecting a full region for this day. Which is 60 avatars.

Here are some settings we've found to help you run at a better performance and survive the day without missing the beauty and ambiance created on this region by the moles and our wedding crew.

After you have made these changes and saved them, you'll need to restart your viewer and log back into Second Life

Note: before making these changes, I normally run my settings between High - Quality with their preset settings. Max avatars of 16, LOD at 4, view range around 130 and so on.  I was getting about 5 to 15 fps on this region. With these adjusted settings my FPS went up to 27 - 45 FPS around the region. We hope these suggestions help our guests. (We know the frame rate will drop as more avatars arrive on the region, but this should still help you out.)

Once the ceremony ends, immediately head on over to the Reception area. There will be 3 live Djs throughout the day for our entertainment. Dancing and refreshments abound.

The Fantasy Community Center Region release!  How exciting!
