  1. Then lands another stunning houseboat and dilemma starts!
  2. @MaitimoI am your new neighbour here (I've had boats here before but the more I think about it the more I want to stay this time), everything that says "Bellisseria" to me and this is just from a personal perspective is on view - the fairgrounds, the ferry, the lighthouses, trads and houseboats.
  3. Yes - like the origin of "Fantisseria" #justsayin
  4. I got a lovely boat quite recently looking out over Bellisseria Bay with same lighthouse view although I see me keeping this one unless I spy something completely off the charts - I regard this one as a super area
  5. @heartzwhim I love it when the garden and the camper all come together good work!
  6. I keep boats because in RL I would love to live on a boat and in SL I want to try making an underwater garden as many people have showcased their ideas here decorating the homes is where my interest is. I like the feeling of a 512 in boats you can see your design space in one take like with campers but you have 351 allowance. There are no other floors or rooms unless you add them. It is a complete space unlike stilt homes. The stilts themselves are good models I am just not into palm trees and beaches that is a part of the stilt landscape. Any boat in the earlier areas of Bellisseria I keep if they had a decent amount of space around it and no hugely crazy neighbouring effects. It takes quite a lot of hopping around to find such a boat but it can be done. The reason to leave would purely be to try decorating a different model or theme or those neighbouring effects.
  7. The battle is with yourself so it is whatever feeds your vanity and addiction. Different parcels mean different things to people. An open water view to me is a great place to settle and there are tons of those in Bellisseria. I like to have one linden home parcel at a time. I like to have only one account at a time - it pains me to use more but I do find myself doing that to help me find a new parcel if I fancy a switch so to get to a place in my head where I have one account and don't switch - that is ultimately for me, winning. Winning my brain.
  8. Probably the first time in a long time that I've finished the inside and the outside! This was another one-store mission - this time everything is from Noctis
  9. When I am able to log in I am coming to see!
  10. I think it was serendipity that I got itchy feet at The Beaten Path and hopped along to get this parcel at my first stop
  11. Well coughs it never did not work for me tried with every single home type, just a couple of thousand times for almost 3 years
  12. I am thankfully out of the running for abandons or new releases but I am sure that if any release prompts amazing abandons it will be this one
  13. Really nice spot - it is going to need a friend to come along and pop it out though Sadly I have no alts on the go and no Victorians to offer
  14. How my SL and my RL collide :riding through my RL dad's region wearing the shoes my RL ex made which are named after our RL daughter!
  15. About to let this Victorian out it is absolutely wonderful so much so that I am breaking my promise to myself not to announce anymore homes but hey ho - it is great. Has a view of the far lighthouse and just quite a lot of sea. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Prunella/32/107/33 I am dropping it for my camper which I prefer...
  16. TA Daaaa! is me which is well known fact- I've been clicking fantasy homes and finding the same ones are in the queue even two weeks later. Same for Victorians. The pattern repeats and it is easier to see the patterns when you claim the homes. Fantasy regions are coming out much earlier than people are stating here usually during my lunchtime hours.
  17. I picked up a piece of historic linden region (1024) and upgraded my tier to have a linden camper too by mainly doing as others have said, hopping around those yellow markers - I love parcel shopping!
  18. I set myself a Friday night challenge - furnish a 512 using items from one shop only. I chose Spargel & Shine and apart from a couple of item re-uses think it came out ok! (still have prims left)- now I need to sleep for a thousand years Zzzzzzz
  19. I love to see who goes for full home style or who plumps for office or hideout or minimal. Who chooses open plan or divides it up. I am a maximalist at heart but I like to see calmer stuff as well - love the earthy tones Cinnamon!
  20. Lisp flamingos! ♥ @Maitimo
  21. Seeing this reminds me that there are 8 camper styles not just the one I love the most!
  22. Come share your modern 512s with us!
  23. Lol, thanks! - I've done competitions but that's where I lay my hat when it comes to decorating. Designing is more my thing and 512 is the only size parcel I can vision well I lose myself on bigger plots. I love to see how others work it
