From looking at the model in both pics. You can clearly see the top model has more quads and closer togethe than below So naturally the top image will appear to be smoother than the bottom..... Well . Ip bans are worthless. Dynamic and VPN ip's are readily available. Hardware bans is the second alternative. But many hack tools can change hardware ID's. Pretty much bans can be circumvented. Laws need to be made and acted on What can be done? Mute the ofender, do not feed them with reactions.

I actually use the Sl official viewer and it happens sometimes. The Sl presence system has always acted up like this for the 6.5 years i have been in SL... These serves end up losing communication with the central servers. packets gets dropped and your in world "presence" gets lost It is not a viewer issue. it is a back end server issue

Yea I feel if the price was even 50 there would be a happy ground . Lowering that cost could spark more creative configurations between residents a spur more communities from it because it is easier to do / less expesnive. I doubt it would cause LL much man hours and even if it did. they are getting payed for it. And if the increase of sims being moved happens, that only means increase of revenu with positive cash flow IMO

Go into edit mode and start pulling and pushing the verticies how you want them. scaling them bigger or smaller. Not sure what you used to imoprt your model But some of the premium avatar tools like avastar you can use the shape sliders a little. But you have to start forming and shaping them how you like Then after you get it like you want. You will then have to rig the avatar Lots to learn before you land success

Land Generally is not free. It cots money to run the servers. You can get a premium account and get free linden home or 512 parcel wihtout tier.. But of course the premium account costs money. Having a premiu account pays 300 lindens a week stipend. It almost pays for it self......

Use the little box in the middle of the xyz manipulator and you wont get all the blurriness. Just click the box and move mou8se forward and backward for in and out

something wrong with the material You might rework your materials or make sure you assigned it correctly or problem with export and missing material info

I think for private regions engaging in sim neighboring should draw up legal and binding contacts of use and regulations of use. Both parties pay 150 deposit to escrow account which is legally handled.. I wouldn't call it greifing. I think the "Pay" is more for services. Like a simple tip jar or a car or bus ride that doesnt give inventory and the pay script would trigger another script action to start the service. Logging and other needs.... just a guess lol Buy object Requires the object to be set for sale. The cursor changes to a "$" when you hover over the object. Sounds like you are playing "Near by media" Go in preferences and turn off that setting in Sounds and turn off "Allow Media to auto Play"

I think its the system freaking out.. I have had this happen several times recently.. I had a Chat a couple days ago or yesterday with a gal. And I missed 5 of her messages. because they never came to my viewer. 5 hours later i check my emails only to see emails of chats that were important bits to our conversation which made me look like i was not paying attention....

You Can look at the script library for a simple vend script But if you want to just sell the contents of a box . Set it to Buy and check the CONTENTS option and you wont need a script. Uncheck contents if you want to just sell a copy of an object

Make sure you try to contact the owner by notecard and not private message. they can get capped or they couldcrash if online before they get back to see the messsage, because of being AFK. Also read the owners profile pics or SL Bio to see if they written support info in there...

There has been issues recently with parcels being dropped from search and this is more than likely part of the residual affect... This has happened a lot in the past.. " not to everyone" but on occasion several regions will lose everything.. It has been for me.. It can still be done the longer way, knowing all the quirks. But it comes in handy

Rigging can be done in 2.6 and up. .. Not sure who told you it cant be done.. But finding updated videos for 2.6 and up is the tricky part. But once you learn the basics and know how to use the interface you can usually follow older videos.. I use Avastar my self for quick rigging .. doing it the long way can be tough But there are several rigging tutorials probably on youtube Like this second life rigged clothing series... Its like 7 video/tutorials to follow
