I think this is a fantastic Idea.This program is an awesome peek in at what is really going on inside Sl and will open the eyes of the confused.Very nice I have been seeing the guest residents enter our region as being a part of The project. I have been watching our hosts Greet these guests by their first names which are merely numbers . I would hope they may be able to change this in the future to Reflect a Temp name with Display Names Technology.. It would make it easier to be more personable with them rather than By a serial Number. Currently our hosts have adapted by directly asking them how they would prefer to be addressed. (a prefered name) Good work! This program is awesome!
  2. Would be awesome to see every resident just tell newbies to contact Support for help. Dont ask me for help newbie. Ask Sl for help (imagine the load) Us Basic accounts are not worthy enough to offer you help and introduce you to SL and show you the ropes. We are not in the elite crowd, Newbie. Sorry, I can not help you File a ticket If only they realized how much a basic account user does in world to help a newbie. Sparing 20, 30, and sometimes an hour or more to help somone. Some basic accounts are very pasionate about helping. But what is keeping them from losing that passion when they do not get the same kind help in return for the company they are so helping? Just the other day I talked a new person into becoming a premium member! Woah! Thats right! A basic account signed you up a new premium member. I have been Been doing it for years. I guess I should limit that too now Since I am basic
  3. I was a premium member for 3 years. I became a premeium member because initially I was happy with the product and service. Over time as product and servicve declined, so did my faith in Sl. I became unhappy with support and product woes and reduced my account to basic.. I co-Own a Sim with my wife And run a pretty lucrative club which puts a lot of money back into this wonderful economy. Currently I see my wife going thru a living hell not being able to get proper support. And She is the owner of the sim. Also Is a premium Member. And all she can get Is some Ontyne person on the phone and live chat telling her they can not help her? File a ticket? Critical situation arises and you do not provide support aside from a ticket that sits in the bin for a week?? What the hell is she paying for? And what Am I seeing that is going to convince me, that being a premium member has its perks? You currently diss your premium members and sim owners. Sorry But I would rather not pay for that when I can get it for free I would rather put my money to better use This product is far from stable enough to say to your customers " You are on your own" Name bans are not secure enough for the business in world since there are too many asses who think creating alts and coming back to do the same thing Is ay Okay. But thats okay. We pay good money for the abuse don't we?
  4. Reduced Lag On Teleports almost entirely gone? Must be only on the beta grid because I am not seeing it on my sim. Slight. And I mean SLIGHT improvment would be more accurate. As for the rest. Looks good. I look forward to the Group Chat to be fixed. It has been borked for several years. Good news! Thanks for the updates!
  5. I would use it too. but it locks up on me too much and it takes atleast 3-5 extra steps just do 1 thing. Not easier in my book I seriously would love to use it.. But I find it extremely annoying and bulky in the view. It drives me mad that side bar. Regardless if you make the tabs detachable its a pain in the arse to me I will Check it out tho and try it because thats the kind of guy I am. I will never knock it till I try it
  6. Wait till they fully integrate Market Place into the viewer and fully shut down malls and in-world shopping. You could see a serious decline in In-world transactions. Malls and shopping places will have a harder time and be unable to circulate money by hiring employees for their clubs/businesses Sweethearts region puts about $L15,000+ back into the residents pockets a day. We use mall rentals to help pay tier. So if they hurt that part of the economy you are going to see a serius decline in circulated money. We will not be able put money back in residents pockets and then residents spend less. And it will have a mass trickle down affect. It is a crying shame it had come to using the residents money to compete against them. Pretty unfair slap shot in the face.. Specialy since they have the ability to thug you out thru the software. I guess thats why they took the "Your World, Your Imagination" slogan down lol Lol gonna ride it out to see how it ends. these numbers seem awfully odd. And to not enclose viewer 2 data. That has a wow factor to me I have been concerned with the economy and where it is headed. I see some rather disturbing trends For instance. the continued tone of the resident responses. The majority have a very unhapy tone . Unhappy residents tends to eventually break down the economy because there would be a lack of confidence to spend money. Is there a crash in the makings?

Gonna need it Find the A factor on stability, quality and good support and you will land the X factor home P.S. Support would not be so spread thin if the product was fixed. Number 1 marketing strategy.. Make your current customers happy and they will invite all their friends and family Number 2 Stop releasing broken product Broken and manually manipulated search doesn't make too many happy. Sims locking up with 40 users and payed for a full region? pffft She has her job set out for her selling a pile of broken bones to healthy people MAKE THE PRODUCT RELYABLE and watch the users stay and stick and flood SL.. of course they still need to work out the delima of getting more than 70,000 users on line without metldown Oh and Welcome Kim. I hope they can give you a product you can sell.
