I got to go back to work for the first time since forever and a day.. The funny thing was,there was only 12 of us there out of the whole plant..It was like a ghost town.. It's the most peaceful night of work I've ever had there.. hehehehe

It's an enjoyable accent to listen to..I love British comedy as well, because it's so witty most of the time...

It's a great movie. Also a good example of why I'm not in a hurry to meet a more advanced life in the universe. If they made it this far, it's probably not thier first rodeo. Hehehe

All I know is, If they show up and say things like, Gaaack Gaa Gaack Gack. Run for your life! \o/ Because they really don't come in peace.

The only thing I can remember from that far back that I got was, The Worlds Largest Flying Pancake. Otherwise it would be the place I first lived on mainland.. it was where I let all my friends live that came into SL and any others that followed afterwards.. I even kept it there for them after I left and any others, just so they could have a place to start out and get their feet well on the ground.. Eventually one of them took over and kept it up for a year or so more.. Those were fun times and good memories when I was there..

I only got mad really one time.. I came home and there was some guy and a child avatar having sex on my bed..I sent them both to the moon and then ban them.. I don't mind people dropping by or using my things, just don't break the rules of the grid or mess my place up.. Be respectful to others and my home or you will go either to the core of the earth or to the farthest moon. I've had people drop in and me be on a pose stand totally nude trying on different outfits and it not bother me..Most are really polite that drop by. If people want to show up and be mean, I've got plenty of pent up anger that I can open up as well..Game ON! \o/ hehehehe Honestly, I've only had to even boot those two people that one time..any other time people have been really great and a joy to meet and I don't mind meeting them at all. ETA: sorry for any typos, I'm getting used to this backup keyboard, at least until my other one dries out from a tea accident. I hope it will live because this one it terrible.

It used to be real bad.. like all week long and real bad on the weekends.. I think now they have to wait before they can even make threads.

I've been seeing these commercials and thinking of getting these for my husband and the boys, But that's not why I'm posting this.. These commercials are funny and I've become addicted to watching them.. It's Humor and Hunks getting lathered and wet, what's not to get addicted to? hehehe

I think a lot more younger people vote that way, but a lot older vote more on other things, like their current situations and how things have been going,tax increases and decreases and so on.. I think a lot look more at what is going on around them.. I used to be swayed by parties when I was younger..But the older I get the more I started to think for myself and see my world rather than the ones they were trying to throw at me.. I always do my own research when it comes to such important things as voting.. I have my disagreements as well as my agreements with the political parties, but would never let them influence me anymore.. I have bitterness for both of them and just can't take either serious these days with the circus we have going on nowadays..hehehe

I never hear those terms unless it's on the internet.. Even with people that use say,facebook and see the people every day, things they say on there will be different from RL interaction with each other.. I don't use facebook or anything like that..But people will show me what others say while on there..But when they get around each other it's like night and day difference..hehehehe I think that whole, being in your house and not around people has a lot to do with it.. That whole being able to be in ***** slap range has a lot being more respectful.. hehehehe If I'm doing business with anyone and they call me anything other than by my name or mam or the number I've picked from the number picker, and instead decide to use some generalization like sweets or babe or whatever the new thing is going around or anything like that.. They find out real fast how wrong that road was to take.. I don't play with people when it comes to business..so they best address me like we are doing business.. I've dealt with my share of sleazy sales people and they get no room with me at all..not for a heart beat.. ETA: Sorry,I get a little carried away when I start thinking about sleazy sales people.. I may have went a little bit into vent mode..hehehe Sometimes I forget to try and keep those kinds of thinks a little more in check..

There are a lot of things that many people will say to others on the internet that they wouldn't think of walking up and saying standing in front of them.. Like the one post in here where someone said a realtor called someone a Boomer.. how many realtors do you think are going to generalize their potential customer with some slang like that? walk up to a total stranger and call them a snow flake and see where it gets you..hehehehe

I think a lot of the people walking around every day on the street, don't use their internet mouth's as much as people think they do..

I don't know what's what or who is who or what means what,especially since lockdown.. I just know I like the song..

That is my favorite movie of all time.. I used to watch that, like my niece used to watch shrek.. that is the movie that had me falling in love with Horses..The first time I seen that movie,I was hooked for life.. I remember one of my first horses,which was a thoroughbred.. Worst horse to have on a mountain for sure.. They are so High strung and ready to run at all times..It was nothing but a constant fight to ride up there.. Her name was Sixteen, because she was 16 hands.. The first time I took her to the top of the mountains , she spooked and ran down the back side where we started to hit a lot of really flaky flagstone.. it was steep as it gets, and my back was laying pretty much back to back with her..I was laying back as far as I could to where I was actually standing in my stirrups. I thought that was gonna be it for me..She didn't have a footing and I was hanging on for dear life.. Then we hit the curve and were able to stop towards the bottom.. I was catching my breath and so was Sixteen.. She pretty much was calm after that run.. The people riding with us were saying how that was something right out of snowy river.. That thought never entered my mind on the way down,but that's about what I compare it to .. He did it on purpose..I never would ..hehehehe I only ride Tennessee walkers now..Them thoroughbreds are just too high strung for me where i ride..hehehe

This has to be my favorite place to ride in SL.. This is a screenshot of the map, but you really need to look at the link to see all the wonders of this section of the mainlands.. The great wall is one that I believe you can ride in, but I know you can ride on top of for sure..it's an amazing ride.. The whole Atoll is really..So many roads and trails that it would take you forever and a day to try them all out.. The Heterocera Atoll here is the map but that link will give you the map and what each point is on the map ,plus links to those points..It'll give you plenty to look forward to and to do that's for sure..

I just have a hard time believing that, that kind of social distancing is going to work.. 50% capacity is more than 10 people in a room breathing the same air..then someone finishes and someone new comes in..plus are they going to be washing down the stations when people leave for new customers.. I don't know..I'm leery enough just going back to work let alone thinking about going out.. I think even at 50%capacity, businesses are still going to have a hard time drawing that many in.. Heck,I think Georgia is already getting more cases now with their goofy governor saying ,go full bore and wide open..in so many words.. I'm just leery I guess.. hehehe

My father always did things like that with people.. He's always taken in people that were down on their luck in life and given them a job and trained them. When he used to contract up north and was on his own,he would hire someone to drive the truck but also be a helper on jobs with him.. He always cut them the same offer.. He said ,I'll train you for a year and then I'll make some calls and find you a job when the year is up..If you can cut it..If not we'll know soon enough.. Some would take the offer and some would just go on their way.. He trained quite a few people..Some even moved down here when we did and still working with him today, when he started his own businesses.. He helped them,but they also helped us in building up.. We're doing much better for ourselves and so are they.. My father always say's,you know it's a good deal when you both walk away smiling.. hehehe

We had a tree fall in the front of the house yesterday..I got to watch that fall.. I have been waiting for this tree to fall for the past few years and always wondering which way it was going to go.. Well, we seen earlier in the day from the radar that a bad storm was heading our way..That radar was as on time as on time gets.. As soon as the first part of the radar showed the storm hitting us is right when the wind came in..we got a gust and I seen ground starting to break on one side of the tree..then the next gust and it started to tip..I yelled,The Tree's Going!!\o/ Then by the time the kids and my husband got to the window it was already down.. It fell so slow that it didn't even make a divot in the ground.. The first thing my husband said is, Well I guess if a tree falls in the woods or right out in your front yard,it doesn't make a sound.. So besides everything else going on,we had this distraction.. So we got up today and cleared that mess up and taken off to where we keep our wood.. A funny thing that did happen today as we were getting things ready..A guy drove up and said, he was out of work for awhile and would cut it up and take it off for 400.00.. My husband told him..For a guy out of work looking for work, you should check your pricing a little bit better..because you'll end up insulting some people..My husband said I'll tell you what..I'll give you 100.00 and you can help us out.. The guy turned him down.. We had it cut and cleared and at the shed in like an hours time..So for a guy looking for work just turned down 100.00 an hour job.. The thing was with his little truck it would have taken him a good part of the day to cut it up and hall it off in a half bed pickup truck.. He must not have been hurting too much I guess.. That was our excitement for the past couple of day's ..hehehe
