"its the principle of the thing." you probably got screwed a hundred times more than this if you played a sploder, which is now against the TOS as well. i have yet to find one that pays out what was paid in. each one is short buy some amount.

i have had this happen as well..it pissed me off. As a merchant i take pics inworld in-front of a prim with an image on it.. if i decide to i add text. i do not do ANYTHING to the image. no color change, touch ups, NOTHING! the pics that have 4 different angles and shiny text, shadowing and what not on one image are ridiculous. we can have 8 images per item.. take multiple pics. Technically you could Flag the item as an incorrect image.

To clear up.. This is not an issue with Phoenix or Firestorm it is an issue with the MP and DD. also Phoenix does support Direct delivery it just does not support the merchants outbox.

this is just a personal opinion, but when making homes you should add the footprint to the description. IE how big it is. someone with a very small plot looks for things like that.

I am very careful with my keywords.. if its a blue dress, i dont put green as a keyword. what i have found is there are a lot of lazy a$$ merchants that bulk edit their items and use keywords to cover everything they sell. Why should i see male genitalia when i search for Steampunk Motorcycles? what does Steampunk have to do with a schlong? and yes , i flag them when i see them. takes a few seconds. and will help enormously.

Here's the deal.. The TOS only applies to SL. if i share a private IM with someone on Gmail or Aol Messenger, there isn't a damn thing LL can do.

I didnt say they were bad.. i said there is no reason for a merchant to rent land now.. yes i have an inworld store, mainly because i have had one before i used Xstreet. Since i started selling on Xstreet and now the MP i have had my magic box in my store.. That being said.. unless you are lucky enough to have a friend that will let you use their land or you rent land for a home, you no longer need to rent any land. why they couldnt just have a folder and have us copy the contents of the magic box inrto it and have NOTHING change in the MP i dont know. they have caused a huge clusterbomb with this. and again we are held responsible by the general SLer. when can we expect our 2 days of commission free selling this time?

Personally i think it is a stupid idea from LL standpoint. Now there is absolutely ZERO reason for a merchant to rent land.
