    Ohh I understand my opinion about those games (I have tried multiple fishing, flower, cone jump, vault games and I have farms somewhere gifted by one of my colleague) not bad.. I mean it is not a joy source but it is something to do while I have nothing to do cure for boredom. My suggestion don't invest anything, if it is requiring investment run away fast

    This is why Classifieds exist (its not a traffic game but somewhat same thing) paid advertisement and traffic redirection. They don't have to provide any service for traffic they already have a service for it. Not sure if it is working as intended but it probably does work considering expensive price

    I don't know about California but keeping hospitals open after economy collapses have no meaning we are slowly reaching point of public unrest while debt grows both in household and government.

    I think its not energy field but initial approach and facial expression. I visit Greece Island because of my country I expected a unfriendly attitude. We went to a pub with my friend. But people inside pub always smiling towards me and their attitude friendly I am surprised and feel welcomed. Facial expressions not hard to read I think

    We are still hanging around with lock downs I don't know why, its is clear we are not getting any vaccine any nearby time. They should lift lock down and we will bury fallen, continue with survivors. There is no point waiting at home, virus going to stay with us very long time. Everyone getting in debt they have to pay long time and companies shutting down one after another people losing their job. Only plus side of this pandemic I discovered SL forums lol

    How this will benefit LL? Land owner gives away service for free and LL has to offer discount for this free reward. Even it is trivial it is still discount. LL income relies on buying L$ and selling L$. Secondary currency type GEMS will limit L$ amount flowing in system. Perhaps I got the idea wrong (totally possible due lack of my English knowledge.)

    I think.. stressing a new player with a GEMS system or any other system like lucky board or champing chair reward feels unwelcoming (If its a new player its extra unwelcoming because SL does not have a beginner friendly interface). If you have a free gift give it directly. This will most likely help your reputation while secondary one might harm it if system is frustrating and boring.

    This reminds me my friends father. He have schizophrenia and stuck at 1960s a time line when he is not married and not had any children. He returns normal after taking medication. Before taking medication he is "some one else". Human experience limited with perception and memory, without medication he probably will find it difficult to believe he is married and had child even if it is recorded somewhere.

    What exactly he copied? I cant see any texture or rod model copied from your product? Scripts perhaps but how LL had some trouble with script protection but It is fixed long time ago. If your assets not copied or stolen DMCA can't do anything. In SL I have seen 2 DMCA take downs both related with a texture copy claim. Take example first battle royale game (PUBG) have many copies (Apex, Fortnite etc..) You can still make same game model and sell it. Those games have exact game play (with added extra features) and exact same market but they don't have any copied assets (graphic, animation, code).

    Some one stolen your logo and your work (scripts, textures and other assets) and LL did nothing about it? It is hard to believe. I know 2 content creators taken down by DMCA can't share name but they are taken down because of texture copy argument later they clarified situation and DMCA removed but damage already done. If LL ignoring your lawyers request your claim probably don't have any legal ground.

    If some one copied your game why don't you DMCA or send a ticket to LL for more information? If you are making money out of this I assume you have a legal company in RL and you are a tax payer. You can sue them if your work stolen or copied.

    It works for some groups for others it wont work some groups does not require 24/7 coverage and "volunteer helpers". If LL include it sometime (very unlikely) it has to be optional.. not suitable for every group.

    Not really, It is not offensive but necessary. I am not expert game developer but I did work on a few game projects. If your game have any exploit players will use this exploit (you can't blame them for using it, banning and preventing game access only solves problems temporarily), you have to update your game when exploit occurs avoid frustration and unfair advantage. I understand it is harming other players to but it will harm more if they don't take action in long run. LL applied only suitable solution they can think of, if they can find better solution they can update their games again.

    What I see most time in groups people arguing about something outside group topic, a product group or a community group etc. Usually no one will interfere because people who make those groups did not expect to baby sit entire group. This is why we need special group option for avoid out of topic arguments "Allow only owner and moderators write and read group chat." When a member writes something owner and moderator can see it help with it.. but others can't see it. Posts made by owner and moderators visible to everyone. This model more suitable for content creators who does not want to deal with "outside of topic" discussions IMO.

    I know market crashes time to time but I didn't expect market crash because of one event. From what I understand market place vital for LL's income I believe they will fix it eventually.

    Enforcing rules to content creator about events not a reliable way, and really it is not rocket science central database with multiple servers (number of server scales by demand) traffic controlled by load balance server:

    Its not creators fault if marketplace collapsing with current user number, perhaps it needs rework to avoid random load spikes (unintentional ddos).. or perhaps separate and networked multiple market servers

    Fish hunt have a system you can buy a "pro fishing rod" with credits and pay credits with fishing. This system going on for a long time and so far not shutdown by LL or faced any lawsuit. I think OP trying to apply same system on products belongs to others, most likely with a commission (aka trust).

    Why use a credit system instead of limited demo... it is unnecessary work but doable. Sell a demo product and allow user to unlock full product for limited amount of time. If they wanna keep it they have to pay more, if they pay full amount product permanently belongs to user. But it is bad marketing strategy IMO.
