    It's just your human head skin that is obscuring the head part of the Nanite skin. You can wear lipstick, eye shadows, and other cosmetics on top of it. Just not your human skin. I was suggesting removing all tattoo layers at first to eliminate the chances of something blocking the view.

    I picked up a demo inworld and it appears to be a full body system skin. It looks like you're wearing other tattoo layers on the head; skin, makeup, ears. Take those off and your Captura skin should show through. If you face looks funky like this: ...click the Evo button and you should be looking alright:

    Slink and Belleza Jake, though their torsos are badly warped when sliders are pushed to the limits. While it may be a deal breaker for others, it doesn't concern me too much because I never walk around naked and covered by clothes anyway. I just have to find clothes that doesn't distort too much in the torso and crotch areas.

    BoM eyes are system eyes. They have to be worn with the eyes that came with your head in order for them to appear. You also need to remove the eye alpha layer.

    BoM skins will behave the same way as traditional system skins. The difference between them is BoM skins are usually sold as 2 separate pieces (one for head & one for body), mostly in tattoo layer form. You just need to adjust the shape sliders to your liking. As Persephone said, skins made for Genus, Catwa, and Lelutka classic will work for system heads with the exception of EvoX. You have choices of full-body skins and BoM skins. If you decide on a BoM head skin, you'd want to pick up a matching body skin from the same store you got it from for best results.
