  1. They do. They behave the same way as classic/system layers.
  2. You need to wear a BoM head skin together with the BoM body skin.
  3. I nearly posted a video of the sock song from My Little Pony, but I think this one suits better.
  4. I have the same problem as discussed in this old thread from a year ago. Belleza's CSR told me that the narrower the shoulders, the more pronounced the neck bumps. Try adjusting the sliders for a balance between neck and shoulders. As for the second picture, it might be down to how the creator made the pose. Not much fixing that.
  5. Doo eeet! The grid hasn't had a hit since Foolish Frost's Rockstar. I have a couple outfits ready. XD
  6. having demos, and demos with no silly timers land impact stated on ads mod permissions redelivery availability
  7. Yes, and them offering a modifiable version, in my humble opinion, was their saving grace considering it took them like 3 years to catch up with updates since BoM went live. Because mod perms made things so versatile, I found myself wearing Jake more often over other bodies.
  8. This is what I think sounded the death knell for the male Slink. Too many guys don't want to go through the trouble of hunting for alpha layers, much less look up tutorials for Photoshop in order to make their own layers. Forcing everyone to go cold turkey to native BoM instead of weaning off the onion layers is a bridge too far. Signature did right in keeping the alpha cuts in the HUD when updating their bodies to BoM, giving users the choice between the two methods. I think this has helped Gianni stay relevant.
  9. Thanks to @Persephone Emerald giving me an earworm, I'll forever hear the "No Woman No Cry" melody every time I go shopping. Anyway, the "no demo, no buy" mantra is always a good lesson to remember if you don't want to get burned (again) by regretful purchases. It is said that music helps us remember things better, so with apologies to Bob Marley, I present my pitiful take on the tune. If it can save one soul from wasting their hard-earned Lindens from a bum purchase, it'll be worth it. No demo, no buy No demo, no buy No demo, no buy No demo, no buy Say, say. Said I remember when we used to sit Before the vendor without demos Wonder, wondering if the dress will fit As we would gamble on good faith that they won't cheat Good funds we have, oh, good funds we’ve lost Along the way In this bright future, you can't forget your past So dry your tears, I say No demo, no buy No demo, no buy Hey bro, don't trust that photoshopped ad No demo, no buy Said, said, said I remember when we used to stand In a store offering no demos And then I would take the chance and buy it As grainy textured pants gives no delight Then we would know how bad it was, I say Of which I’ll share with you Our feet is our only carriage And so we vote with our dollars But remember this, kids... You gotta try before you buy Everything's gonna be all right You gotta try before you buy Everything's gonna be all right So no demo, no buy No demo, no buy Hey bro, don't trust that photoshopped ad No demo, no buy

@ATy2018 Like Marianne said, you just need to click on the feet shape to fit into your heels. Here's a quick video of the Analexa HUD. https://i.imgur.com/f1xsAGL.mp4
  11. This weekend's SL Home Decor Weekend Sale: Rubik's Cube set at Youneed at $75L. Fatpack is $219L. 8 LI for the whole set.

My alt has the same body. Shoes labeled for Maitreya will fit Analexa feet. You may want to look at the body HUD and toggle between different feet poses.
  13. You gotta love the size and height of some doors and ceilings. 🤣 The ceiling's so high in this one I couldn't squeeze it into the shot:
  14. Feet? I knew this will not end well before the walk-through.
  15. Torn or frayed clothes are not all that unusual for the punk or spooky kid aesthetic. People used to pay for jeans with pre-made holes in the 80's. My father thought $50 was too outrageous for "those ridiculous pants" and would not have any nonsense of me walking around "dressed like a beggar". (His words.)
  16. Many thanks! I can't believe I haven't heard of this place in all my rezzed days. I will definitely swing by and check them out.
  17. What's the name of the library and is it still around?
  18. Does trust fund baby count? It’s the only job I’ve known. My typist pays for a premium account and I get a Linden Home in the deal. I never had to work to make rent and I live off my weekly stipends. I’m still at it since 2019.
