You signed up for SL, got premium AND a linden house, spent $L on your avatar and because you can't get into a few sims you just delete everything on a whim and say THIS is the most toxic environment you have experienced? Do you live in the Emerald City? To be honest...you'd never survive in SL with that attitude cause not being able to get into a couple of sims before you are 30 days old will be the least of your worries. Perhaps you didn't read enough about SL before you joined. You are FIVE days old. Surely you can find something to keep busy with while waiting for the 30 days to pass. Go shopping, decorate your linden home...Right now I'm at a club where there is a one day old avatar and he's having a blast. So quit whining, pull up your big girls panties and go find something fun to do.

Yet everyone wants new features and the old features fixed? Do you think that LL is going to fix these things with the customer in mind that lives out in the boondocks, still on dial up who is unwilling to upgrade their computer or internet speed? No, they are going to add new features and fix old features according to the technology that is out today. I don't think it's a out of reasonable request to see if the water can be optimized to look better. Surely it's possible. and surely this person is a customer just like the person unwilling to upgrade their PC.

A lot of people can't afford a lot of things. That doesn't mean that technology should be stifled in a game or social platform or whatever you want to call it. If people are unwilling to keep up with technology perhaps they should be playing other things rather than SL.

OMG! Does it ever. I was renting a multi scene skybox and the person I was "kinda" seeing at the time rented there as well. I was working on my inventory and unchecked everyone so I'd appear offline. Of course he could see me on the radar and I never even thought about that. I got a very curt IM stating that "I see you have been online all day yet you are not showing as available. I don't play games like that so goodbye" when he could have just have easily sent me an IM and said "hey you! Whatcha doing?" and I'd have told him. LOL! Good riddance.

Is that what that is for? opps! I IM anyone I'd like to talk to whether they show online or not. Personally I think it's a useless setting. Most people I see have it turned off.

There are HUDS that show if someone is online whether or not they have hidden their status, have you blocked or have turned off "show my friends online" It will also tell you whether or not the person is in the same region as you are. I'm pretty sure he knew he was marked offline but just pretending to be surprised. You do know that Fogbound is one of the premier places to pick up people right. I get IM'd before my feet even touch the ground.

This makes 0 sense. Perhaps you'd like to share an image of one of these emails so we can see what it looks like. With all the personal info redacted of course. What email address is this coming from? You said from Facebook but what is the email address the are being sent from?

Is that how you are going to answer when they ask you interview questions? I mean they aren't just going to look at you and say "oh you want a job? You're hired"! So maybe get used to answering the same question over and over and over and over. You might try answering like this: Yes and I have found nothing. I don't have a job or any money. Please stop asking me these questions.

How are you getting these suggestions if you don't have FB on your phone or PC? By email? I have never gotten a automated friend request though email before from FB.

What is interesting is that all three of these posts are from new avatars on the forum that have nothing in their profile in-world and are 1-4 months old. I don't really think that is a coincidence that they were posted within an hour of each other. Things that make you go hmmmm...or is that another thread?

I'm going to take a wild guess here and say that I don't think the OP is interested in the types of activities listed here. Just a hunch I have.

No one needs a babysitter for pretend babies. They don't eat, sleep, poop, cry, or hurt themselves. They don't DO anything. They were created for the owner of the babies to RP with them. When they log off they sit either in their inventory or rezzed out and don't need anyone taking care of them. BUT If you'd like to RP babysitting your own babies then you can buy them..yeah, yeah you have no money. You might as well ask people to pay you L's when they are logged off but that is called a sugar daddy.

Stop acting clueless. You know there is a herd mentality here and always has been. Anyone with the ability to read can see it. What I find funny is that it's here in black and white yet is still denied.

Maybe DL and log into the official SL viewer and see if they show up there.
