Every day scammers make phone calls trying to rip people off for services or to get private information for identity theft, that's not fair, that not how real life is supposed to be played, they are cheating, and yet we have whole threads in here whining about how evil vampires are stealing our souls without permission. Go ask the victim of identity theft how they feels about that,

of course vampires aren't real, and when you get right down to it all of second life isn't real, so a vampire that's not real is gonna bite an avatar that's not real, and everyone is getting all upset because the vampire didn't play fair, which means they aren't playing the way you think they should play, and once again everyone is butt hurt because others don't play the way they think second life is supposed to be played feel free to insert experience or live in place of play if it makes you feel better.

When the Second Life Human Rights Commission is set up, excluded avatars will be able to file a grievance and receive monetary compensation, an apology, and the offending sim owner will be forced to allow them entry. more than one of my friends when i asked why they were in bloodlines confessed rather sheepishly that they were bitten in the heat of passion so which is worse a random bite or being deliberatly misled?

im estate banned on 350 sims because i got into an argument with the landlord and dared him to ban me big deal... it just gives me the opportunity to trash talk about him to anyone thinking of renting from him oh wait is badmouthing someone in a private convo ARable? i know trashing someone in a forum post is *looking at my list and checking it twice*

i would think that a real vampire would use any means possible to trick an unwilling unknowing victim to allow themselves to be bitten . that wold be a more honest rp than asking nicely.

banning you from a sim for breaking a sim rule is not the same as being an ARable offence.

im not defending bloodlines. my contention is that a one time bite offer is not ARable. despite what what someone else said its not me making mountains out of molehills

Then I suppose offering an un asked for hug animation is also grounds for an AR for harassment. Is that Correct? I really doubt causing a blue animation request box to appear once in the corner of a persons computer screen is harassment. Now on the other hand if i choose to orbit you, there would be no dialog box asking permission, so THAT would be ARable.

oh sweetie whenever i land on a new property i always read the rules notcard. if i find a rule i consider stupid or im breaking it already by being there i simply leave because my number one rule is "the property owner is always right" as for my comment that stated this giant helping of abuse it was a new rule made a power mad control freak later over ruled by the owner. most likely if u tell me i cant do something on a life enabled sim that i am a long time member of you will die and i will accept the consequences i hope thus clears things up have a nice day ps the owner was standing right there when i killed the officer and he thought it was funny as hell because doncha know the owner was also the head demon

i would hope repetitive petty and nuisance ARs would see some sort of sanction from LL against the chronic reporter

The whole point of "your sim your rules" is that LL will not get involved in the day to day petty drama that is the interaction of individuals. How many times have I read, "mute, ban, and move on" as the proper response to unwanted behaviour. And now we have people advocating ARs for the most trivial acts? OMFG they offered me a vampire bite..... i'm so gonna report their ass for harasement

I really really doubt offering a bite in a no bite zone is grounds for ARing someone. It is of course grounds for banning them from the property.
