Exactly. You can be nude in Moderate regions. As long as your parcel is set to not allow others to see in and you do not promote or advertise or have your parcel in search, you can have sex furniture in a cabana, too without ban lines active.

No, of course not. If LL intended for people to NOT have adult furniture and such on mainland or Belli, they could simply designate it ALL General. Problem solved. Second Life's Moderate designation accommodates most of the non-adult activities common in Second Life. Dance clubs, bars, stores and malls, galleries, music venues, beaches, parks, and other spaces for socializing, creating, and learning all support a Moderate designation so long as they do not host publicly promoted adult activities or content and do not use adult search tags. Groups, events and classifieds that relate to this broad range of activities and themes generally should also be designated as Moderate. A region must be designated Adult if it hosts, advertises, or publicly promotes: (says nothing whatsoever about your personal activities...anywhere) Meaning, you can't have an advertised brothel or AFK sex place on your Moderate parcel or have it show in search. Representations of intensely violent acts, for example depicting death, torture, dismemberment or other severe bodily harm, whether or not photo-realistic (meaning that images either are or cannot be distinguished from a photograph). Photo-realistic nudity. Expressly sexually themed content, spaces or activities, whether or not photo-realistic. We broadly define what is "sexually themed" to include any sexually oriented activities and conduct.

If one thought critically about the 'behind closed doors' policy, you'd see that LL knows what happens in Moderate regions and has no interest whatsoever in reports of people doing the deed there. If they were that concerned about it, they wouldn't allow adult activity in Belli. A place they could have easily stated this from the beginning. They did not. They could have allowed ban lines. They did not. What they ARE concerned with is adult activity that is promoted or advertised being in an Adult region. Once again, LL know sex sell and if they were THAT concerned with what was going on in Moderate areas, they would have made less of that and more Adult. It's not rocket science, FFS. I highly doubt anything more official will ever be said. As was mentioned to me, you'd then have people pushing the boundaries to see how much they could get away with. "Is this allowed? How naked can I be? Is BDSM allowed in my yard? Is this pornography or art?" The less said the better as far as LL is concerned. But go ahead, report your neighbor on Moderate land having sex in his skybox with visibility disabled. I'm sure governance loves those. 🤣

That's exactly what I mean although as I said previously, as long as you have the Date, Time and Place of the incident, you can simply pull up the name of the offender in the inworld search and choose report. The screenshot up on your screen when making that report may or may not be needed but it's another layer of proof. LL can check the IM themselves however they do that.

If it were.possible or feasible, LL should redo the roads on mainland. The roads on Horizons and to some degree, in Belli, are good examples. In Horizons, there is the road, a sidewalk AND an area of land before you even get to my parcel. It won't effect fliers but those using ground vehicles would have a larger buffer zone between the roadway and anyone's banlines. I can drive easily around Horizons even though my driving skills suck. It's much more difficult on regular mainland to drive between the lines.

Actually, it's the perfect solution for both sides of the debate. Those who want to completely lock down their land, it's cheap and they have complete autonomy. For.those who want to travel vast areas in their planes, trains and cars, it's cheap and they have complete autonomy. 😁

I don't know. I've had my mainland spot for 3 years. I had 1 guy TP to me who I immediately ejected. A couple have wandered into my garden while I was at home and wandered back out probably after getting the warning from my orb. People fly over all the time which I only notice because my orb tells me. My security is set to 30 sec and the land is open. Not one single soul has harassed me or told me I was horrible for having an orb. Even when I had it set for 0 seconds for a brief period of time. Not. One. Person. Ever.

In Firestorm also, there is a Favorites folder in your inventory. This is where I keep often used LMs. You can bring up the folder along with TP history and your landmarks folder by hitting Alt + h. When creating an LM, you can also designate it to go into your Favorites. Not sure if the LL viewer has these options.
